labor rights, steel and aluminum content restrictions for auto parts i would know her treatments and those are all being looked at in negotiations. richard is the head and the house negotiator. he thinks the steel and aluminum hangups can be ironed out so i think it's more likely than not that it will be in vote this year. >> congress still heading toward that friday december 20 funding deadline. appropriators continue to work out an agreement on spending cloture station to avoid the shutdown. tell us what the current plan for congress is. how might a future impeachment trial affect government funding next year. >> once the senate receives the impeachment message on the house, it has no choice but to start trial.
