>> on tuesday there will be a speech about healthcare cost medicare and social security what we have seenhe over the past few weeks democrats tried to put this over programs like medicare and social security. this is something they see as a political winner with those events throughout the week there is a conference for the first time in a couple of years on hunger and nutrition and health or the white house is rolling out targets to reduce hunger in the us by a drastically the next several decades. >> on the campaign trail where is the president going or where does the white house see that as an advantage?

>> and what we have seen is a lot of fundraising. and then to give the stump speech of the legislation they have gotten past. and with that contrast of republicans to really be branded as extreme so we are not seeing so much in terms of being out on the trail with actual candidates he has largely left those races alone the new josh sapir running and they have been allowed to run their own races and to put themselves in a good position. so you see a lot of campaign style events from j biden but not necessarily on the

campaign trail. >> coming back to this week in washington dc it's an effort b to get the government shutdown to get a new funding bill b ghfriday at midnight. how engaged i thehite house are we expecting we expecting them to come to capitol hill to engage in this discussion? >> i would characterize as more behind the scenes what they have learned from legislativsuccesses you have nato let the senate and congress do their own thing. the good news is there's no risk in tes of a government shutdown so what will be and itt's permitting that reform joe mansion to get in there that is the deal that he cut with chuck schumer one month
