tv Washington Journal Frank Luntz CSPAN April 18, 2023 7:14pm-8:01pm EDT
7:14 pm
very first to attend calvin coolidge i've just been elected to the white house senate. >> correspondent dinner black tie event is saturday april 29th watch c-span live coverage from the washington hilton hotel including red carpet arrivals of journalist, politicians, and selects this year headliner is the daily show roy wood jr. and president biden is expected to speak. the white house correspondence dinner, live, aturday april 29th. on c-span, c-span now free mobile video app or online at c-span.org. >> healthy democracy doesn't just look like this, it looks like this. where americans can see democracy and work with citizens truly informed, our republic thrives, get informed straight from the source. on c-span, unfiltered, unbiased, word for word.
7:15 pm
from the nation's capitol to wherever you are. you get thes opinion that matters the most, this is what democracy looks like. c-span powered by cable. welcome back to washington journal i'm joined now by frank luntz a political communication strategist frank welcome to the program. >> i used to come here every year on christmas. year after year, this is my first time back in about five years so you have no idea how grateful i am to be here. >> welcome back we're glad to have you. let's start with what you're doing right now your role as a consultant with the republican parties and other groups. >> i don't think they think of me as of a republican and i'm 'trying desperately to seek common ground, promote civility. it's part of what i write about. it's apartment of what i talk about. and i'm still poster i still do
7:16 pm
language but i try to do it in a much calmer way or nicer way. and i'm going to be curious whether we get to phone calls how muchh viewers have changed sips last time i was on. i talked about civility my last appearance here and television about five years ago. on christmas day and i was shocked at how angry people were and how they just -- like merry christmas a wonderful holiday and they were really just yelling at me. the right wing was yelling at me for not being right wing and left wing for not being left wing and people in the center were mad at everybody so i'm hoping that the people listening and calling in this tuesday morning -- will remember that their kids watching young people are watching and that we're setting tone for the country that is very dark, very negative, and really very hostile my ideal right now i don't know if you have the photographs -- is my mission is teaching. so every semester i bring
7:17 pm
students to washington, d.c. and teaching at usc right now and teacher at african leadership university in rwanda. out of of the students i love them because most of them are open minded. most of them are seeking to learn fromm people with other perspectives and most of them embrace the truths. and that's where we have to be looking for right now in this country the truth. not the left wing truth. not the donald trump truth. but the actual truth. >> speaking of callers if you would like to join the conversation and ask a question you can go ahead and call us on our lines by political affiliation republicans 202-748,000 independents 20 it 748002 speaking of donald trump, you wrote an opinion in "the new york times." it titled how to make trump go away.mp what's it about? >> it's about a strategy that
7:18 pm
recognizes his successes as president which will upset some people. but also acknowledges that his tone and demeanor and behavior is not what we need right now in this country and simply a primer for those who believe in free markets for those who seek more freedom in their lives. to engage in politics without the nastiness, and the viciousness. we should be trying to figure out what we call our poangts. the name calling. which is basically reserve for junior high school students on the playground. wel should have presidents who are role models for our kids. and m our grandchildren. and so it's a discussion of where we are as political party. we're ahead as a nation. and what the republicans can do to get back into the game without lowering themselves to a
7:19 pm
level of incivility that would embarrass their friends neighbors and their children. >> let's talk about 2024 the republican no, nomination all ps are showing former president trump way ahead of governor desantis, and even he hasn't if he'sd either way running. i'm -- everybody is assuming he's going run he's acting like he is. what are your thoughtings on that? >> i don't know why governor desantis is decided to make disney an enemy. disney donald duck, this is a wonderful company and when i go to the parks, there's just such joy at least in the morning. maybe not in the afternoon. because -- >> happiest place on erst. but it really is. and he's trying to use disney to elevate himself. he's got a brilliant record, florida'sin economy is strong.
7:20 pm
crime is down. quality of life is up. it's a success story. so why are you demonizing a company? i always thought that republicans were probusiness. and democrats were prolabor that's what i thought. why is governor desantis demonizing a company that employs more people than any other in the state of florida and seeking to score political points off of them and when they succeed at something he tries to take away? once again -- it's suggested our political system is turned upside down and i also say -- for the democrats, we have a debt crisis in this country right now. it's not a problem it's a crisis. and joe biden won't even negotiate with the speaker of the house. he's trying to force the speaker into politically unastainable
7:21 pm
position they should be working together side by side to address this. and instead they're seeking to score political points. both sides are doing it. aboth sides are responsible and you got to cult it out because our economy is at stake. we know the threat we know the challenge that china -- poses to us right now. we argue over pronouns as they eat lunch with the economy. we try to score political points as they make military maneuvers that is jeopardizing the safety and security not just of taiwan. but vietnam, cambodia, korea, japan, we have to stop playing games. and we have to start appreciating the benefits that this country offers. never thought i would be saying this, this is not me ten years ago. >> what changed frank? what happened? >> f i got sick i had a stroke m having issues once again. so if i'm really focused on
7:22 pm
every minute of every hour of every day. you can hear it in my voice. i realized that democracy is not just a given -- >> when did you realize that? >> in 2016. during the election -- when i watch people who had been decent towa etches other and cil to each other start to exploded on each other and accuse each other we're not enemies. disagree. we're not enemies. we're notot sworn to destroy the other it side. i don't understand what it is that the only way that i can win is if you lose. and i'm really seeking this sense of corporation and empathy. i have the opportunity to sit with the leader of jordan king of dalila. and i was telling him of the challenges that i had and he said to me, you have to be able to walk in the shoes of others.
7:23 pm
once you have that empathy and you understand the perspective of others, you can find common ground. instead of seeking that empathy we seek division and instiff seeking common ground we stook draw the sharpest brightest lines. youu know, there's something moe important in 2024 election and that's the future of this country. it is thes future of your family. it is the future of the people who are listening in. this voice that you hear right now has been problematic for weeks i've been told that this may be a ongoing problem. so while i have the ability to speak i'm going to speak up and i'm going to say no and i know your callers are going call in and yell at me for something because i did something wrong. i apologize.lo i'm sorry. i was wrong on climate. i was wrong in immigration. i was wrong in partisanship. and now i'm determined to get it right. all right we will let's start talking to some of those callers jerry is first in west jefferson
7:24 pm
ohio with republican. hi jerry. >> good morning. how's things out your way? >> everything is fine. >> yeah my comment words of wisdom were stated as follows -- did you know that corporations do not pay taxes we've heard that overr and over again. only people pay taxes. now, it's a little common sense to this which -- [laughter] seems to be lacking this days and age. if i was in business today, and you know, i had so much operating money so much profits to continue to crawl back to my business to keep it alive along came the government and they say okay you have to pay taxes in spite of being able to deappreciate equipment all of that other stuff that gives you a little break to continue your business and to try to grow. it's a way of deferring and if
7:25 pm
you're going tax me more money or come after my money you're reduce by profits and stay in business so the only option i have is to raise my prices. so the longer, shortser that comes down if you followed awflg that isth truly corporations do not pay taxes we pay taxes in what we buy and that fella that called in with 120,000 on income by 26% last year he did a lot more taxes than that. we know it everything he buys will be excess taxes more taxes all around us. and now -- >> can i [sound of gunfire] you the statement that will help you communicate this when you wake up in the morning and drink requester first cup of coffee you pay a sales tax and automobile drive to work you pay gas tax. at work you pay income tax you pay electricity tax flush the it toilet you pay a water tax. you travel somewhere you pay an
7:26 pm
airport tax you stay the night hotel tax. get home you pay a property tax. turn on tv cable tax. even when you die you pay a death tax tax from the moment you wake up in the morning until moment you go to sleep at nights and taxed from your kaidle to grave and hardworking taxpayers deserve a break. that is the best way to communicate just how much we're taxed but do not forget i can see it right here. what funds the roads in front of me arere taxes. what funds this schools that your grandchildren go to -- are the taxes. in the end we have to find the reasonable sensible responsible approach that allows us to spend the money that we need with efficiency, effectiveness and accountability. we need to pay taxes but we have the rights and responsibility to demand the government doesn't wasteut a dime because in the ed it is not their money. it is our money. >> allse right.
7:27 pm
tony is an independent in melville, new york good morning tony. >> i know that city. i know your town. has a lot of fortune 500 company's most expensive most expensive in long island and new york state but i want to respond to what you were saying earlier about finding common ground. fortunately i do disagree in not unfortunately but there are irreconcilable that teaches us, and the reality is that we about shouldn't be finding common ground with fascism. and unfortunately they took of this, of this violence and continues to be. so i think that when we talk about finding common ground that should come in form of class conscienceness and ultimately yeah -- there's a lot of democracy doesn't work. we realize that our politicians
7:28 pm
have the globally and china and cuba have larger turnouts and larger satisfaction to their officials. >> now you call yourself an independent which actually leads to a story that was published yesterday a gallop poll 49% of americans call themselves independent that's not accurate. you call them on the independent line. you're not on the democrat either. you're point of view, suggesting that these countries these dictatorship countries have it better than u.s. that's not a mainstream that's extreme and i love the fact you called in to morning good for you but parts of this pursuit of the truth is to hold both sides accountable. the fact is, i think that cuba i don't know if you have. buttive aes been there and i tik people and i wentve around and d interviews day in and day out. and they're not happy. and they're hungry and they're desperate. so i don't know about this cuba
7:29 pm
thing about being this it great place to be and about the u.s. being the purveyor of more violence than any other country you're not looking what's happeningg in ukraine and russia or you simply dismiss it? we have heavy right to be angry when conditions have been the way they are for some people but we have the responsibility to tell the truth, the whole truth and in the, end nothing but the truths. t it's why i acknowledge mistakes that i made in the past and why i just ask of you all to find the good rather than the bad to findth it agreement where you cn and conscienceness you sound like you're a professor it at berkeley and we can do better. and frank toipght show that article that you referenced there was that poll this is record number of americans say they're politically independent and here is the chart going from
7:30 pm
2004 over here to 2023 with independents going all the way up to 49%. why do you not think that that's accurate? >> for that call right there. >> you think preem calling themselves independent because it sounds better? >> it sounds beaters better they'll say with swing voters where people will say as i'm recruiting them for one of my folks groups i haven't decided who i'm voting for. really -- yes. i know i'm not voting for hillary. haven't. decided whether or not i'm voting for trump. that is not a swing voter i did not know this. or they claim that they're an independent really when is last time so that's an independent i would ask that question men when it last dwriem voted for freedom you're truly an independent you know what the answer will be. never. so he rejects the partisan labels. so he calls himself independent why that polling is misleading. if i was recruited that 49% journalist would be really angry
7:31 pm
with me and feel my results are not accurate. we call ourselves independent but it doesn't mean we actually are. >> let's tiewk another independent caller in massachusetts this is george. good morning, george. >> good morning. >> good morning. .... >> and totally taking the two nkparties and do i think the thd party candidate can really mama concerned about a my wanted to ask you about a few things of a new think this was really help, term limits independent redistricting state commissionsd or returns to united bringing back fairness. [inaudible]. the communication of 1997, i would love to talk to you for hours but you have a great day and keep it up.d >> and thank you by the way,
7:32 pm
okay, that is a hard question and you may be for things i can remember three of them. but you got t to the point, majr point, and i appreciate that and whoever tokyo, did an excellent job, term limits will act on back and forth g on this when i was younger i supported them because i knew the incumbent to get elected again and again but i also spent time in washington dc, that expertise matters and the people understand how this place works, and know how to get things done is a value to that and it does not come your first or second term, and so i am not sure that term limits and in terms of money in politics, there is way too much and i did not understand this until ii watched and soft how much policy and hummus and kevin ricardim hundred kevin mccarthy and nancy pelosi on the time they spent fundraising in a month and focus on policies constituents in a talkingcu focus on bringing in e campaign dollars i think were a
7:33 pm
washing political spending and 97 percent of the spinning is negative i think that contributes to how hostile we are towards each other you think we need to approach that we havr both sides me free phrase that we have to hear all sides are not convinced that we do as far as an independent candidacy, and the first time, s joe biden versus donald trump in the firstit time, an independent candidate has the capability of cracking the 30 percent threshold and receiving electoral votes before they've never been as desirable as they are now in the key to an independent candidacy, is there objection, the two political parties, but the embracing of unity, of working together, side-by-side and making meaningful measurable impact on hard-working taxpayers. >> and one more thing, it is one
7:34 pm
of the reasons why i am watching and in many ways, i support this organization, and the problem solving caucus in congress, the promisee - one democrat and one republican, and i don't know if you can find that in photos you have now but there is a photograph brian fitzpatrick and another who are heroes because they do not spend time destroying each other pretty they spend time working and cooperating with each other they came as for my students in one of the many political people who are devoted to teaching the next generation about the responsibilities and their capabilities and into came in and i just think that no label is necessary now i'm a problem solvers caucus should be held dated because the work to trying to do on the budget, immigration and on infrastructure, on the important issues of the day printed to find that price enemy
7:35 pm
things happened. still with efficiency and effectiveness and accountability. >> no labels is on this program and so, if you would like to watch that comedian search warrant on cspan.org and susan n is next south dakota democratc good morning. >> had good morning and thank you so much for my call, and mru spoke. i have to start out by saying that i had a pastor who because of losing his voice and it was no longer to clear pastor read sometimes i feel that it was when should be the most her so please keep talking frank but i'm listening to allm of this n getting more upset. i understand taxes and all of these things and all of it is really important but i feel there's nothing more important than trump and what is happening in this country in the division in this country. and you know obviously he did not create these people but he
7:36 pm
has brought the sense that white supremacy and hatefulness and callingcy names and dirty deed prayed test and everything from raping and abusing women, to treason our own country enemy that is theth most heartbreaking day of our country, seeing a capitol attack by people who hate. it is frightening and so frightening and right now, i feel like this is the biggest issue in the sky is the most popular and if, he is being indicted in all of these different charges in this percentage of the country thinks he is wonderful. this is what is tearing our country apart. using all the money out of the politicians they should not even be paid. shame on them for not doing their work in collecting money for must millions from others that are influencing their decision and we need help.
7:37 pm
>> you'll be surprised that i agree with much of it you just said. i am - about the condition of our democracy right now the percentage of people who think that the other side is evil. and demonize people off of the happen afraid as you are, in the discourse is, embarrassing. now is wonderful deal but i hope you can show cspan viewers at some point, how the election of 1800, using the exact the word. >> session adams and thomas jefferson. and it is hysterical because adams said the worst things were much worse than what is it out in jefferson city thinking about items the two of them were actually incredible friends of the brother declaration together they prepare the constitution. they were rivals for decades) despite the bookends in the died the same day.
7:38 pm
it so historically poetic and beautiful. >> you know hear about all of the discourse used to going in in congress that you stick actually attack each other but there was no social media, media was different to cover the average american did not know about what was going on. >> and ai, if you're not careful, it will take about situation and make it even worse card we won't be able to tell the truth these deep states and i've seen the videos, the joe biden dissing that all of this so that you cannot say on television, he never sent it had a way to match phillips and he grabbed his voice and they did a ime, and it sounded like i am a lunatic and even worse than i do right now but a lunatic and is frightening. because in the end of the truth from how can you blame people for him into the room point of view and part of this, i teach my students tables of people who do not look like you, have
7:39 pm
conversations with people who do not think like you surround yourself with people who are smarter than you and will get wise. surround yourselff with people who more creative than you and you're going to discover surround yourself with people who are funnier than you know i flattened do not look for people who are like you. you're missing the world out there. and that is also part of my mission. to bring the people of alabama and mississippi and south carolina and expose them to be below new hampshire andan massachusetts and maine. i'm not just doing a locally, want to do this globally of the african leadership university, go work it out and is the most incredible concoctions people from the entire continent, 41 countries that university in these young people have nothing grateful for everything. so many americans who have everything grateful for nothing
7:40 pm
i have toav admit come on boarda sympathetic ear. but i was in tears. they are hungry and they continue to study and they are focused on their future even though they have such limited resources. i refuse to use the afternoon because i wanted people to. some of the leadership university. deserves our support and our appreciation because they're not asking for aid, simply asking to be heard. the students are wonderful in raising each other up in a really does and here's another example, used to make fun of hillary clinton saying that it takes a village to raise a child. it does, it does sometimes it takes a confident to raise a child the students are the c be. know your people who watch this program to offer internship services importants run compans helped them save a lot of people
7:41 pm
to help her i do not want to pay taxes minus another continent and so far away from us, they are human beings and they were part in the play by the rules. they have governments that are so corrupt and take the money take the opportunities in ceiling away from them and they can fund their petty civil wars these young people there is wells are young people right here, deserve our support and they don't deserve the kind of politics that we give them day after day. >> speaking of politics my generally ask you because we run up donald trump's walls to be in documents i'm a what you think in that sense as far as impacting the election. >> thisr what, are popular tody and he's not only god's people to talk about him being the victim, he is the best victim politicians that i have ever seen card and they believe that
7:42 pm
is being persecuted and that is where they solidified him and it will last but is numbers could even go up. as other states continue to focus on the things that he has done and now this is important. what he did, his numbers went up because the department took five days to explain why they went in there that give trump five days to set the agenda is coming from i was issuedd on thursday, seald into the following tuesday stop doing this if you are going to take on an ex-president which has consequences, ramifications that are really serious, you also have the responsibility to explain why you're doing this in the real say, that you have to wait but this is a different time in a different individual and he right to defend himself i should and, if every right to
7:43 pm
explain what they are doing and both of them are correct in the process trump wins the nomination, you will and he will have wanted to because of the communication mishandling. of the d.a., justice department, of those who seek to hold donald trump accountable, there actually helping him come and holding him accountable. >> let's talk to robert next, he hasn't coral springs, florida coming independent and good morning robert. >> hey good morning and thank you and frank i hopes, you are doing better and i've enjoyed your focus groups for decades. two issues i hope you can can comment on briefly come i cannot figure out how the democratic voters consistently goat 30 which is against school choice and just surprise that they don't hold the feet to the fire more often inn their voting against itt children's education and the ability to learn more
7:44 pm
and be better students and citizens yet this union fashion the seems to be existing for years, holds them back. i was wondering what you think they do not ask for more choice. it just seems more reasonable and secondly, an issue the states are facing now, i cannot believe that more suburbanites, mothers and parents and grandparents are objecting to this, the male participation in women and girls sports and it is so unfair and it is so such a cultural seachange that is trying to happen in our country. and maybe you could address and i hope you feel better i love you work and thank you. >> thank you just wanted well i feel fine, paste want to sound better. and for soft, this parental choice not school choice and the reasonho why, school choice choosing building, parental choices about bringing the parents back into the education lives of the children. the greatest frustration of
7:45 pm
education happened two years ago, when every child was at home, and the parents went home and they're sitting the kids are like computers, and they're listening to what they are being taught or in this case, not being taught the level of anger and frustration as parents came to realize that their kids were learning next to nothing and it was not just because it was online. they did not like the curriculum, they didn't like the way that it was being taught. their own kids, were not paying attention and people were allowed to turn off theirir camerasal they actually were not evening class doing stuff on the phone rather than as a classroom is going on. we lost a years worth of knowledge perhaps even more and we lost years worth of social development. which is just as important and what i don't understand is i think you will agree, is that there is no place where
7:46 pm
accountability is more important then enters students students in our children's knowledge and yet every time you try to instill accountability, even that purifies find it the teachers union's finest and i know randi weingarten, henning appreciated her and i think she's very good advocate for her organization pretty this is all part of being able to sit down with people's policies you may not agree with and can see where this common ground. and she's actually moved on charter schools from where she originally stood to where she is now the charter schools are step in the right direction because there decided on theec student. rather than being designed around the building or around the process. i think that we need performance and good teachers of the best teachers paid more and raise my taxes, i get the money anyway, for scholarships and i would gladly pay to enter the teachers for them to who know how to educate your students and i
7:47 pm
would gladly pay for them to stay in the profession and make it their career think that we need more. we think we need a better approach were technology because is no replacement that interaction between the students and the teacher. in a technology can make the learning experience morete innovative can make it more personal issues the i right rig. i would be taking a look at greater opportunity scholarships and regardless of where they are from every child has access to quality education does not matter if the parental situation, does not matter income and when neighborhood they live in these are serious reforms, and needsy to happen t just in the suburbs but critically in the inner-city because of me tell you something, we do not have equality when it comes to schools that we do not have equality when it comes to opportunity and wee should not insist that everybody makes the same income because every buddy
7:48 pm
does not have the same ability or the same performance but on the road to adulthood, if a child is ignored or forgotten or left behind, that child will hurt themselves and hurt the rest of society. we have to do a much better job in theit inner cities and rural areas because there also forgotten and making sure that every child has a quality education and it is not happening we're taking your calls for frank months communication strategist for about the next ten minutes you're on the program,. >> arenas was too long. >> back wealth to be short in the movie can get in callers. >> all i apologize do not want to do superficiality or slogans or soundbites because politicians on the show, you can actually see that outcome of that answer is a, three, paragraphs two and three and i do not want to do that and if they're taking the time, and
7:49 pm
there investing their time, and we have a responsibility to give them the answers they are looking for. >> i appreciate that that is what we are here for we know in oakhurst, democratic good morning. >> hey good morning •-ellipsis man and i frank, i have watched you for ever and so you talk abe fun of hillary and you claim the biden is equally - mccarthy the debt ceiling standoff, you talk about the das messaging on the raid at mar-a-largo is equal weighted to the fact that trump will held onto those documents and you are wrong on climate change and your intellect to, your gifts your intellect and your magic ability to more people that a from rose that apple your focus groups have w
7:50 pm
been used for ill. and for decades and if this is act, when the patriots able maybe it's best that h i have been wrong so muc, maybe i should just go away. >> absolutely not of the same reason that you took the time comedy: and challenge me right there, it is my responsibility to fix those things i got them wrong. so employment to come up i do sit with john kerry the secretary former secretary of state, to discuss the issues am engaged ind i language on the because you know why, the people are advocating that legislation, talk about the sustainability and here is a problem, sustainability's public status quo, the sustainability means the lake also there the force will still be there in the air will still be there and that is not good enough, the actually they want the people to addresses five issue, talk about cleaner and safer healthier.
7:51 pm
it has to be better and if i just go away, people like you want to change the climate are not going to get it because your messaging stinks. and if i am given this gift and i don't know if it is a gift or what it is i have a responsibility to users, and make a meaningful measurable impact and that's exactly what i'm goingra to do and on immigration, i don't what we have to get a secure border but we also have to respect dreamers who came to this country through no fault of their own. they are here right now in limbo because of the hope docket issue is unsettled and unclear. we can do both and we can walk and chew gum because the immigration system and provide a secure border. i'm going to talk about common sense solutions i'm going to talk about being reasonable and sensible and responsible. i might have people who are mad at me, and trump perspective,
7:52 pm
because they think i'm too negative for tim and i'm going to people like you, who are on the left and do not see any justification for those in the right and avoid hold both of you responsible and am going to make both of you look at each other in the mirror and most importantly, i'm going to make sure that my students and why to do the plug right now, i taught at a college at a boarding school junior high school in the uk and for those of you who are looking for this kind of education and you hear from theh sides of not just one side and not just your side but your required to take on into challenges of the world, your required to speak properly and required to address your seniors have served and you are required to come another where shabby clothing. you hold your head up and your posture mandates and matters are speaking matters your presentation matters any have to know the classes and you cannot get away with fingerpainting and you cannot get away with
7:53 pm
learning to watch movies you actually taught the class and your taught history global history, not just work this is for you want your kids to grow a high school in a junior high, they actually turns them into incredible adults. adults that you will be proud of breath and probably college from the cicada teaching and doing the same thing in los angeles and most challenge communities in america, and you have photographs back in the control i don't know if they can pull them up by what i am talking. we adults have made a mess of things. in the left try to help the nexr generation to fix it thus try to help them see mcdavid independent hi david. >> hi and good morning, cspan is great. and mr. luntz i helped start a charter school in south carolina coming in because of the guy
7:54 pm
about school choice and all of that, i was on the board of directors and people need to know about the charter and magnet schools. his public money and there is a board of directors a higher all of the teachers i got into conflict over a younger teacher and oldernt ladies on the board come they did not want her because she looked too good she had a masters degree and she's there now and the school in south carolina, is doing very well but here's the thing, there is no transportation for charter schools. any have to bring your kid to the high school and so tenth grade, they had the cars but thereth is no money for athletis need the basics like say you start a sample team and you get that simple uniform but the schools have to pay for everything accordingav to that d they still rent a football field because they don't have the money to go to stadium.
7:55 pm
but the thing is, the first two years that we started this charter school we took every student in the county got kicked out of the high schools. just because you say school choice, does not mean that your child is going to get into that charter school in vegas: on the board of directors and what they want the public money for the first two or three years back, now there is a lottery system for this high school. you can choose now who comes to that school now if you're good athlete from another school coming get in trouble, see mcdavid let's get a response. >> and david, veering education, trying to make your question a little bit more sharp but you are right, there is a difference in on every student can get into every school. but i'm tired of hearing the emptiness of every child has a right to a quality education and
7:56 pm
