oil we do not need their lumber in fact for going be freeing up i asked howard lutnick to get that done we are freeing up our when to take down trees were so restricted environmentally we have an emergency audit will be freeing up our forest. we have more force than almost anybody great lumber, great trees we do not need anyone's trees we don't need trees from canada or anywhere else. 50 or 68-yard area that stops the fires and frankly it california it should've been doing for years. they're going to run out of force the way they are going. what a shame. by the way the waters flowing in california will be people is seen it. but the water is a plunge of a picture of that? hold that out to get a picture of that please.
7:55 pm
you know we had a little skirmish in california. i can't believe we had to do that the weight opened up the water in california is flowing into place called the pacific ocean. which for the pacific ocean is only a drop. but for us it was water we could use in california. i will get you some photographs but it's a beautiful sight. the water is flowing in california beautiful water from the pacific northwest and beyond. it flows down it's a big round up to the pacific ocean, this is been going on for 20 years. in order to take care of certain species of fish which was not doing very well without water, i can tell you. and so that's a big deal it's not night reported its incredible culprit is a lot of water that's going to take care of farmers is going to whiten up the land. is going to go all the way down to los angeles where they have curfews on water blocks on water
7:56 pm
you can only do so much. until just recently they were going to put number of gallons per person living in a house in beverly hills on water but you're not going to have that problem to have a picture? let me see what that looks like but how beautiful is that? look at that beautiful water flowing. look at that. that's coming into the dikes and other means of transportation is that beautiful? who would believe that that's all where they could have had. i went to the governor during my first term and i said why did you do this? and they said environmental problems with clean water. if this water where they or you would not of had those fires that made people put sprinklers in the ceiling of their home and they had no water in them. with this they would have had a lot of water in them. if you would've had a whole
7:57 pm
different deal than they probably would not about a fire but if it was it would've been small. it would've been put out you had the fire hydrants not working in california. it's a beautiful sight. you have canals that were built these were all built you saw for years they were empty we call them that v-shaped or half pipe. they are shaped in different forms they rush down through the farm areas where the farmers can take it and down to los angeles. they were sitting empty for years and now look at that. look at the way it looked. it wasn't easy would be very unfriendly to get into those areas. we opened it up. i essentially attacked california can you believe it? i attacked california. >> at the outset of your administration you committed to ending the weaponization of government holding those

questioned hooks it will be lower but i cannot tell you but everyone knows iran on downsizing government iran on tariffs and making her country rich and that's what it's going to do. we are going to be doing something else that's going to be very good will be selling a gold card you have a green card, this is a gold card work on me putting a price on that cart about $5 million that's going to give you green card privileges plus it's citizenship wealthy people will be coming into our country by buying this card they will be wealthy, though be successful in spending a lot of money and paying a lot of taxes and pulling a lot of people but we think is going to be externally successful. it's never been done before, anything like this. something will be putting out would you say the next two weeks out? do a stackable words about it? quick shift invest a certain amount of money in this country
8:01 pm
or to qualify for the gold card? >> yes exactly. because eb five program was you lend some money it was full of nonsense, make-believe and fraught it was a way to get a green card that was low price the president said rather than have of this ridiculous eb five program were going to end it were going to replace it with the trump gold card which is a green card gold so they will be able to pay $5 million to the u.s. government. we'll make sure their wonderful world class global citizens. they can come to america. the president can give them a green card they can invest in america and we can use that money to reduce our deficit. why drink about lotteries of green cards widely given eb five green cards question with the president of the united states understands the right answers why don't we limit the deficit of the united states of america
8:02 pm
instead? >> the gold card will bring in with it people that create jobs, very high level people. companies will pay to get people in since today it you graduate from that working school of finance or harvard, or stanford or any college. nobody knows if you can go to work for a company. so apple and all of these companies that want to get people to be working for them will be able to buy a card for the people are number one in their class at top schools i see that as one of the things. it will be people with the money and people who create jobs they won't have to pay any tax on income outside the united states. they will have to pay for create jobs they will pay full taxes
8:03 pm
like everyone else. big tax, big job producers and will be able to sell may be a million of these cards may be more than that. if you add up the numbers there pretty good and million would be worth $5,000,000,000,000.5 trillion. if you sell 10 million that's a total of $15 trillion for 35 trillion in debt. that would be nice, we will see. it could be great, maybe it will be fantastic. we have it worked out from the legal standpoint it is totally legal to do it's been done in many different forms give them away wyche wish we give them a way we should not give them away. i think it's something very exciting. i think it is potentially something we are all very excited about. it is a gold card.
8:04 pm
it is somewhat like a green card but a higher level of sophistication. it's a road to citizenship for people and people of great talent to people of wealth pay for this people of talent to get in. meaning companies will pay for people to get in and have long-term status in the country. i think it is something we are very, very happy about. you have anything to say about that? >> any other country do this including of course your 51st state does that. >> it may be earmarked for deficit but it could be more money than that. if you did 10 million unit $15 trillion left over. it's going be paid down. >> no we don't were not doing citizenship, we're doing the card it's a path to citizenship a very strong path to citizenship but were not doing

advantage of for on trade what eve does we will solve that the old-fashioned way. we will give them the same reciprocal numbers. we talk about a reciprocal tax, you know that. if they reach out they charge us much much more they have non- monetary taxes also in tariffs. we are going to change that. it's all changing. for people in this office sitting at this desk or another model of this desk they should know the other desk right now is being refurbished. [inaudible] precooked snow not that i know of the middle east has been great. saudi arabia's treatise really well, they really have. i think they've treated us very well they want to get the whole mess ended in the middle east but we do not even talk about that you guys have not asked one question about the middle east.
8:08 pm
the middle east seems to be doing relatively well. for months even before you elected in november you spoke about your desire since october the seventh year end a half ago. just to chew a few weeks ago to give an ultimatum. there's not by noon on february 15 there will be [bleeped] to pay are they thumbing their nose? >> think the opposite. they were not going to release any more hostages. they agreed they were going to release the hostages they were going to release plus an extra one. so you can say that's a big difference. i said it from that point it's up to netanyahu and israel i may have taken a different stance. they didn't release they went back to release the hostages.
8:09 pm
but, he remembered the said they were not going to release any date totally ended and i said in the not going to release any there will be [bleeped] to pay. but the rest is really up to him. i may have done it differently than him it's not my decision, it is his decision but they did release all of the hostages. >> did you discuss the possibility of ukrainian land i like to buy minerals on a russian land to if we can the rare earth that good rare earth i would say that oil, and gas. it's a great thing if we sell it's good for russia too. the very valuable land that's not being utilized. something like that could take place yes. quickly bringing sanctions against russia question. >> no we have not looked at any sanctions. >> i guess it will be at some point but right now we have not

8:17 pm
>> how do you compare your cabinet to your cabinet and your first term? >> i great people my second term i think this is deeper, i think it's a better because it's deeper had some people i did not like too much of my cabinet. i was a new york person i knew new york intimately but i had to rely on people. i had great people got the biggest tax cuts in history rebuilt the military. we did so much unbelievable someone was saying today they were saved by right to try. we did write to try it medically. we did transparency medically that was a big thing but biden canceled that when he did not cancel right to trial which is interesting. he did not cancel space force. he's going to cancel space force. space force is turning out to be invaluable we created space force. but think of it were rebuilt our entire military.
