ninth circuit court of appeals. if you missed any of this event it will be available to view online shortly at cspan.org type in house judiciary ninth circuit in the search bar. and some news today related to the ninth circuit. this from the washington post. five judges on the u.s. court of appeals for the ninth circuit implicitly took president trump to task for his disparaging comments on judges and the judiciary. the response the strongest to date from sitting judges came in a dissenting opinion yesterday in which the five actually agreed with president trump on the legal issues surrounding his executive order on travel to the united states, but judge j.bibe joined by four other members of the court did not mention trump by name but the opinion decried the personal attacks by parties to the case on judges who blocked the president's first executive order, including u.s. district court judge james
