president trump was tweeting this morning on several topics and some members of congress immediately responded. on the london attacks over the weekend president trump says, pathetic excuse by london mayor who had to think fast on his no reason to be alarmed statement. msm is working hard to sell it.

the senate meets at 3:00 p.m. eastern. with a vote scheduled for 5:30 p.m. the house returns tomorrow. the main bill this week, repeal of the dodd-frank law. the senate is live on c-span2. former fbi director james comey testifies thursday before the senate intelligence committee investigating russian activities during last year's election. the committee says director comey will testify in an open session which will be followed by a closed one. c-span3 will have live coverage of the open part of the hearing at 10 hearing. you can watch live at cspan.org or listen live.
