capitals tour. we recently stopped in dover, delaware asking folks what's the most important issue in their state. >> hi, my name is james pollard. i'm here in dover. and one of the most important issues in delaware is the three casinos. we have delaware park, dover downs and harrington raceway. last time i check they'd have a 43.5% tax rate. i know that officials from the casinos are lobbying to lower that tax rate. provides employment for hundreds of people. maybe the tax burden could be lowered a little bit on delaware street casinos. >> hello, my name is maria lima. i'm 22 years old, a freshman here. i am majoring in nursing. and i believe the most important issue right now in delaware is the dreamers, daca and the fact that president trump has decided to take that away. i think it's very important for us to let congress know that this time we need to look at our
