probably about 20 years ago or better. and a lot of the history of it started in this area. as for mossville and residents where this tank farm here, many years ago, before conaco expanded it was small. and this was actually, had homes here. families lived in this area. it's one of the first buyouts. families on both sides of the road. walked to expand for conaco. the development that you can see happened in the last five years.
