>> they did get married after finding another justice of the peace. bardwell would not comment to cnn. the cdc says h1n1 is already causing widespread problems in 41 states but the agency says vaccine production skoming along slower than expected. they were hoping to have 40 million doses of h1n1 vaccine available by the end of this month but manufacturing delays could knock that number down to less than 30 million doses. morehouse college in atlanta is trying something new, a dress code. it forces 11 expectations of students. among those, students can no longer wear baggy pants caps orks hoodies in classrooms, cafeterias, or other places. those who don't follow the restrictions could be placed academic restriction. the dress code is needed for

the coast. farther inland, they're expecting as much as three inches of snow by tonight. pakistan's army has begun an offensive in a lawless region of the country. nearly 30,000 troops have entered the tribal region. pakistani officials estimate about 10,000 militants linked to the taliban or al qaeda operate in that area. the offensive comes from a recent wave of violence in pakistan include a suicide bombing yesterday that killed 13 people. the lawyer for reality tv star jon gosselin is taking a swipe at gosselin's former employer. gosselin is being sued for breach of contract by the network tlc. he was one of the stars on the show "jon & kate plus 8," but the couple is divorcing and he's going to have a smaller role in the show. he called it baseless saying the

different cost structure, insurance cost for the facilities, for the doctors. so a bunch of different factors forecast you add them up some up to lower cost, but it does not in any way affect the standards of quality. >> reporter: but there can be risks when seeking care abroad, so says emery university's dr. sweeney. >> the interm is the follow up and continuity of treatment that's going to be difficult to achieve. >> reporter: plus there's the qualifications that the hospitals and the surgeons hold and they should be able to pay out of pocket for the complications that arise once they return home. those who receive treatment abroad often have no recourse. it should be noted just because the hospital is outside of border s borders, doesn't mean it's very bad. >> there's countries outside the united states that do it as we do or better.

smith's daughter says he saw the model take an i nor muss amount of medications. larry burkehead said she had so many ailments he couldn't remember them all. he testified at a preliminary hearing yesterday. smith's boyfriend and lawyer howard stern is among the three defendants. they're charged with conspiring to give her illegally controlled substances. all three have pleaded not guilty. new york state's mandatory order for health care workers to get flu vaccines is temporarily blocked. last month workers protested the mandate requiring them to get vaccines by november 30th or possibly lose their jobs. the public employees federation is happy with the judge's decision. >> as we've noted all along hef encouraging its members to get vaccinated encourage the

a judge won't throw out a charge against casey anthony. the lawyers wanted first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges against her dismissed claiming they were based on circumstantial evidence but the judge said their motion was insufficient end. anthony has pleaded not guilty and says that a babysitter
