figure. i don't think it's right but it's the price you pay when you're a celebrity. the issue here is the example it's setting for women around the country and all around the world that you will be ridiculed for being overweight. like they said earlier, she's really only a few pounds overweight. this is a bad example to set. corporate giants attached to this corporate example is alarming. it's a big issue, problem. >> it's a terrible example to set. pardon the phrase i think it should be a teaching moment. people need to wake up, making fun of people for their weight, especially a celebrity with the last thing from a real weight issue is a dangerous thing to do. here is something i want to read from the facebook page. lauren f. no, it isn't fair, but jessica simpson used her sex appeal to become famous so she has to deal with people criticizing her weight. this is really more an attack than criticism. do you buy that logic? a lot of people are saying this as well.
