>> apparently that is pretty mild, i guess, because what the boys say on youtube and what else, "wife swap" -- >> yeah, it's not good. wolf put a hex on him, though. i don't know if you saw the today show interview, he said, next time we're on an interview, you're going to puke. next time you're on tv, you're going to puke. >> wolf is on the phone. >> i'd be happy to do his show. he's a nice man. >> bob, the weather. >> this weather brought to you by ups. what's going on across the region? we have a wave of low pressure to week one. it's enough to generate some light clouds across the northwest. most of the rain is up towards the north. minneapolis, some showers here stretches into northern minnesota. also notice more showers coming in across south dakota.
7:36 am
another wave of weak pressure but it will go down to new mexico today. temperaturewise, different story. we have high pressure sitting over the eastern seaboard and we have all kinds of frost advisories out there, especially when will you get to the coast of the carolinas. frost advisories out here, freeze warnings in purple, including metro atlanta just to the west and getting into chattanooga, too. pretty impressive from mid to late october. we'll have temperatures below freezing in some places you see in the dark shades of blue. 36 degrees in charlotte right now. outlying areas outside of the heat islands, below freezing. 42 in atlanta, 40 in birmingham, 42 in nashville. you get west a little farther, look at the temperatures warming up. dallas 62, houston 64. that's one thing we're watching. the other thing we're watching is out across the tropics. tropical storm rick losing some

7:43 am
tested. even energy star found a problem, they found the same thing in some of their audits, but not doing very much, the new york times says. the energy department says they're widening some of their independent testing, but is that going to be enough? we haven't really heard of them setting up a timetable to say, okay, companies, you have to make sure these things are clean and really saving energy, so we'll watch for that one. if you're still ending regular mail, snail mail, the post office says they're freezing the price of stamps until the middle of next year. right now a first-class stamp costs you about 44 cents. robin, back to you. do you ever go in your drawer and go, okay, are these forever stamps? how many do i have to add on there? >> you can only buy the forever stamps now. the debate over health care reform is a hot topic in washington. last night, hln's joy behar
