[applause] from the day she entered -pcongress, barbara boxer has bn a loud and cynical critic of repeatedly voting to cut arms or reduced the resources that are needed by our fighting men and women to effectively combat our enemies. she has stood idly by as iran moves toward nuclear weapons. this campaign is going to be about what works and what does

not work, about action and resolve, versus of rhetoric and failure. 21st century issues and realities require the common and perspectives that come from the real world experience that i bring to the table. barbara boxer thinks the real world revolves around a couple of square miles in a vast bureaucracy of washington, d.c. listen, my fellow californians, i promised you this from day one. in the u.s. senate, i will be -prelentless in fighting for evy job, and i will start by making it easier, not harder, to start businesses, family businesses. i will allow entrepreneurs to do what they do best, which is to create jobs and pursue the american dream. this campaign is about taking back america. this campaign is about opposing tax and spend, let's make a deal, politics as usual, washington, d.c. corruption that has taken a claim on our senior senator, harry reid. >> [boo] >> thank you. this is an important moment, not only for nevada, but for the nation. this is an important moment, because we have an opportunity to send a very positive message, and that message is that we are going to dump harry reid on

november 2nd. [applause] >> dump harry reid! dump harry reid! dump harry reid! >> weehave heard in this nation that some people are too big to fail. some people are too powerful.+ but we are going to tell how we -- we are going to tell harry reid that there is no such thing as being too big to fell in the american society. liberty and the free market were built on the freedom to succeed and tte frredom to fail, and we need to say to harry reid, you

have felt and you are fired. -- you have failed and you are fired. [applause] in nevada, they started3 in -- they started with a bus anybody but harry reid." we need someone with the foreign division -- we need someone with a forward a vision for solutions. we need someone who believes in paying it back. we do not need obama-care and to go deeper and deeper into this recession. we need to cut costs for small

businessmen and to america. we need to cut back on the spending. harry reid does not understand cutting back on spending. he just thinks we need to spend more. we need to cut taxes and spending. finally, we need to take back our country. we need do is send a message to washington, d.c. we need to send a message to politicians and politics as usual and say, we are taking our country back. we are taking it back in the form espoused those -- in the form of those policies that have been put in place where we see corruption at the top and corruption at the bottom. the deal makers and it s time to take our country back to the constitutional principles. [applause] we have a plan to do that.

i want to introduce you now to that plan. we have over 40 but groups to have said, we want to be a part of the coalition of the willing. remember ronald reagan? he said we need a coalition of the willing. well we have it. give that the party of big hand. -- given that the party of big hand. [applause] they have played an integral role in this victory tonight, and that is because they remember what "tea" stands for: "taxed enough already."

we can take back our country. our country deserves better. we have the gun owners of america and nevada patriot as well. we have the nevada home school network. we have built this coalition, and tonight we are adding more. there were nine who were so wonderful in putting their lives forward, who were ready to be true patriot by sacrificing their lives, their fortunes and their liberty, and they are joining the team. and we welcome all of them,

because we have kept the focus of this campaign, and that is to defeat harry reid. we also are adding one more group to the coaaition tonight. that is the international nion approved -- the international union of [unintelligible] employees. we are ready. we are armed and ready to go down into the most critical kind of a big campaign. we are going to talk about what is really important. we have always kept the focus to defeat harry reid, and now we are going to talk about those issues that are important to us.

we are going to go to him with the issues, and we are going to tell them right now, we are ready for the debaae. come on, harry. let's talk about the issues. [applause] the issues.bout and the issues are ttat we have a contract with america, and that contract is our constitution. [applause] we have the right message for america, and that is reagan's message of less taxes, less government regulatiin, more individual freedom, and stop the spending. remember, they said that reagan was too conservative to win. there is no such thing. we want our country back. we want to take it back to those

constitutional principles. we want to take it back. we have the right message, and harry reid may have been bought by washington, d.c., but he bought into washington dc. and so, i am going to tell you this evening, that we have the right angle to defeat harry reid.
