allies have refused to allow a single new water reservoir or water conveyance system to be built in the same 40 years. the result of that -- 70% of the rainwater, the rainfall each and every year washes out to sea. to make matters worse, the decisions about how to use this very limited precious resource of water that californians have -- those are not made by californians. every single one of them is made in washington, d.c. each year, people are told you get 10% of your ration, you get 20% of your ration, you get 30% of your ration. what is the result? the most productive farmland in the world lie fallow and livelihoods are being destroyed. according to liberals, fish are more important than family and food. liberals do not trust that farmers are good stewards of the land. they do not believe that californians can make sensible decisions for themselves.

their solution? send president obama out with a check to provide relief, but do not let anybody solve the problem. you want another example? liberals tell us that global warming is the challenge of our time. of course, it has been so cold lately, they have not changed it to climate change, but the job killing regulations they are spewing out of the epa, they cite the scientific evidence, but they never finished that story. those same scientists who are trying to convince us that global warming is real also tell us that a single nation acting alone can have no impact at all. never mind, say the liberals. let's wage a war on coal and fossil fuels anyway. never mind, say the liberals. we will stop all major infrastructure projects

1:50 am
the city asian vote which was even more than the hispanic vote for barack obama. asians voted for bob dole in 1996, but they voted overwhelmingly for barack obama. you see the other race on the far right-hand side of the chart, which will tell you that races other than white footed overwhelmingly for barack obama. now, this is a problem. weiss is a problem? this is -- why is this a problem? the margin is very dramatically -- it makes a huge difference whether you get a gigantic margin or a small margin, particularly in states like nevada, neworado, mexico, increasingly georgia and north carolina. what we see here is that mitt romney got the lowest for

great auntie 14 a great 2014. rather than 72 it will be about 75 or 76. this is a chart of americans alive today by age. if you look at this, the oldest people are on the far left and you will see evil who are seniors are overwhelmingly white. on the far right-hand side of the chart, americans alive today who are age five and under, that is 52% white, not 88. a quarter of the kids alive today in america are hispanic. about 15% are african-american. all you have to do is take this chart and have the younger people replace the older people and you will see a revolution that will occur. this is a census chart for what
1:54 am
is going to happen over the next 50 years. the top line is the percentage of the population that is non-hispanic white. 62% on the left-hand side of the chart, you will see the red is hispanic, and you'll see that growing dramatically. many of you are young people. when your kids are getting ready to apply to college, whites will be a minority in the united states population. does that mean for conservatives? to me, i think it is an opportunity. some people see it as a problem, i see it as an opportunity. why? improving our condition and those of our families is endemic in the human spirit. that is why people still struggle to get to america, to get an opportunity to better themselves. new immigrants are the single most hopeful and optimistic people about america going forward. >> this is a panel, let's go,
