about henry ford, they think about walt disney, they think about bob johnson, they think about the great entrepreneurs of our country, and we don't celebrate it enough. and again, that lemonade stand is obvious to me. please, you are not that busy. pull over your car, give that kid $.50. teach that kid a lesson. by his lemonade. lemonade. >> thank you for the work with the economic development administration. we really appreciate it. kevin, i wanted to thank you of this very inspirational message -- thank you for this very inspirational message area i am in this "shark tank," but i am the biggest at this table. i believe i can give you good partnership to get those jobs

that are currently outside of the u.s. back into the u.s. we could make a real presentation to you. i have to say i am really inspired by your message and i went into my phone while you were speaking and you were talking about the acquisitions of some of these tech companies, and i saw a logo. my may not believe it, but first use of this particular logo was back in 2012 and between 2012 and 2015, i dropped a number of pounds. i am using it again because in the virgin islands, we are really repositioning the territory on doing insurance and taking care of ourselves from a healthy perspective. asmy state officer has me the champion of that cause and i'm now targeting to lose 75 pounds. they have got me on all of this rabbit food and i'm eating it. [laughter] mapp: i am not worried about

it. i have given up the beer, but only on weekends. [laughter] troopers arestate really making sure i get out there and i work in the afternoon. but you said something that is sort of the struggle that governors have and it is a part the community to think about the opportunities of the future, and not just sort of concentrate on the ills of the past, when the public sector had significant economic struggle. but the growth of the economy and the opportunities of global trade, how can we position ourselves to become really good partners with the private sector and facilitate growth and opportunity and to have our young people really want to go into business and to take risk and to take opportunities and to use the term, living for tomorrow, and operating

tomorrow, and it is a good line i am going to use. in theing to use it back territories because in the virgin islands, we struggle with how we look to the future, and not always relying on the past. but i want to thank you for what you do and i want to thank you for your inspiring message here today and i inspired why it and i certainly look forward to the opportunity to help you in your quest to bring manufacturing jobs back into the country. thank you. mr. plank: thank you, governor. you certainly have the best climate, so that is certainly the next place that i would open another facility. [laughter] mr. mapp: you are welcome in this is the best time of the year to come. thank you for coming. mr. plank: if i could challenge you for anything, there are entrepreneurs in every part of your state right now, and they have terrific stories. there are young entrepreneurs

who are with it and technical. i can say that the relationship that i now have with our governor, who is asking how they can help because if we are going to double in the next five average,at means 3000 $90,000lus salary -- plus salary, and these are really great destinations as to where you are going to spend your time. what can you do to help us foster entrepreneurship here? if you can have a council that you can meet with quarterly or twice a year or whatever it is, let them do it. this is what they do. let them go and hunt. >> final question or comment? cavan, i just really quickly want to let you know that i just really like your products. i use it as camouflage. i think it you would sell a lot

they could no longer put more money into london fog and gave up on the fabric industry in baltimore. i think we know that the fabric industry is still a alive and well and we just have to look at these things a little differently sometimes -- still alive and well and we just have to look at these things a little differently sometimes. they're probably could have been a place for 75 women at -- there probably could have been a place for 75 women at under armour. thank you. >> we want to thank kevin. great job.
