[laughter] >> i will confine my remarks to these few words of greeting and welcome to the many, many people who are here in this magnificent basilica, simply to show their respect for the extraordinary man, justice antonin scalia, and expressed their faith. their faith in god's abiding love and all embracing mercy. however, before proceeding with the welcome, i want to apologize for the condition of this area
