should hold anybody running for president is to see whether or not they meet. can they actually make your life better. can you -- i want to tell you what i want to do. i also want you to know where i stand on rights. because the republicans want to strip away, under mine, erode, every single one of our rights. civil rights, gay rights and rights for people with disabilities. >> i will stand to make a of -- i will depend planned parenthood from these partisan political attacks.

i will defend marriage equality and work to end discrimination against the lgbt community. i will defend voting right and work to end citizens united and -- i will defend the veterans administration, make it better but prevent the republicans from tearing it apart. i will keep working for comprehensive immigration reform with a path to citizenship. i had work to give more opportunities to people who disabilities when it comes to

education and training and housing. i will continue to fight for common sense gun safety reforms. that will save lives in our country. we have a big agenda here at home. but the second test, should hold any candidate too. can -- can this person lead us. ly do my best to make sure all the experience that i've had starting as your senator, after 9/11 and going all the way through my secretary of state years, it's put to good use to keep our country safe. sign make sure we work with our friends and allies. as some of you remember, after 9/11, we were not sure what was

going to happen next. we knew we had to be prepared. i give great credit to the nypd and to everybody working to keep us safe. we learned a lot of lessons. we learned that everybody had to be part of our defense. if they saw something suspicious, they should report it. thousands of people did. it proved to be a really smart strategy. when i hear donald trump or ted cruz with those offensive comments they make about muslims, it's not only wrong. it's dangerous. what we've got to do is make

sure everybody feels comfortable and welled to pick up that phone or to go on to their computer to report something. people on front line will hear more and see more. very often in our american muslim communities. we also have to have coalition with many nations in order to defeat isis. something that i have experience in doing because i put together a coalition that brought iran to negotiating table and imposing stricter sanctions. when donald trump talked about pulling out of nato or keeping muslims out of the united states or even abandoning our alleys in the pacific. that does not make him sound strong. it makes him sound like he's in over his head.

finally, the third test. can you unify our country? we have too much deviciveness. there are so many people who are worried. even fearful. sometimes angry about what's happening in our country. i understand that. especially what i told you about the great recession. some of them haven't recovered yet at all. i know that there's a lot of concern. but to play to that in a way that brings out anger and prejudice and paranoia, doesn't help us solve our problems.

it's okay to get angry. we got to figure out what we'll do about it. what's our plan? what's our strategy? we are at our best. so much of american history came out of new york. we are at our best. remember what our great former governor and president roosevelt said. all we have to fear is fear itself. i will go anywhere any time to meet with any one to find common ground. you work with a lot of people you don't agree with maybe 90% of the issues up. try to find that ten percent. that's what i want to do as your president.

i will get up every single day and work for the result that will make a difference in your lives to keep us safe and to unify our country. i want to end on what kirsten said about people who inspired her and mentored her. i'm honored to be listed with her grandmother and mother. she mentioned my mother. you know, i often wonder at how my mother came out of what was a very neglectful and terrible childhood. literally being sent away not wanted by her parents and grandparents who didn't want her either. ending up working as a house maid at the age of 14.

looking for something that would be meaningful to her. she was fortunate because a woman who's home she worked in, realized my mother wanted to go to high school. she would get up early in morning and do the chores and run to high school, go to high school and then run back and finish the chores. she did that for four years. i considered her one time when -- i asked her one time. how did you survive this. she said, you know, at critical moments in my life, somebody showed me kindness. kind word, a kind gesture. it made all the difference to her. in this campaign, i've been talking about how we need more love and kindness toward each other in our country.

how we have to try again to see the world through other's eyes then figure out what we can do to make it better. then finally, i'm inspired everyday by my granddaughter. having an 18-month-old granddaughter with another on the way this summer is just -- it's personally the most wonderful thing that has ever happened. it is like falling in love all over again. here's what i want you to know. of course, bill and i will do everything we can to make sure that our granddaughter has every opportunity in life. but that is not enough. it really matters what kind of country she and all of our other kids will become adults in. is a country that is still

believing in and realizing the promise of america for everyone or just a few? it really matters what kind of world is out there waiting for her and every other child in our country. is a safe world? is a prosperous and peaceful world? is a world we're able to deal with climate change and all the other changes we face. here's what i want you to know. i don't think it's enough that my granddaughter has opportunities in life. i want your children and grandchildren to have exactly the same opportunities. to live up to their dream. to fulfill their own potential. that will be the mission of my presidency. i need your help on april 19th. please come out and let's vote for a future that we will make together. thank you all so much.

ms. fiorina: thank you for coming out to support ted cruz. i have been in wisconsin a week. i had a brief detour to north dakota. i love wisconsin. i have done the squeaky cheese curds thing. [laughter] honestly, snow? i was not prepared for that. i have come to appreciate this state and the people of wisconsin so much, not just because you stood with your brave governor and got real reform done and showed the rest of the country what real activism and conservatism is all about, but because it has just been a delight to be here all week. i so appreciate your governor, who i have had the opportunity to travel around on the cruise but with a last session in the

last several days. i so appreciate your state senator, and i have to tell you, i so appreciate charlie sykes. [applause] he did his job. and vicki mckenna did her job. [applause] they did their job. i think that charlie is absolutely right in what he said to you a couple of moments ago. the people of wisconsin have an incredible opportunity to show the rest of the nation how it is done, to show the rest of the nation what real conservative activists know about the state of this nation and who is the leader who can bring our nation to a better place. i want you to send a really loud and strong message tomorrow. if you needed any more motivation to do that, i want to tell you about something i read in the newspaper this morning.

i read that here is a test. where do you think more expensive wine is consumed than anywhere else in the nation? you got it, sir. washington d c. i was a chief executive in silicon valley for many years and silicon valley, there are all these tech founders, billionaires. silicon valley has been for a long time the wealthiest area in the united states. they are number two now. gets was number one? washington. you see, what has been going on, folks, you know this. the majority of americans know this. what has been going on for way too long is our government is getting more and more powerful, bigger and bigger, more incompetent, more corrupt. we have a system now where there is so much economic power concentrated in the hands of so

few and so much political power concentrated in the hands of so few, that system works if you are a big company, but it does not work if you are a little company. it works if you are powerful and wealthy and well-connected, but it does not work if you are just an american. the system is rigged, folks, and you figured it out. that is why that system has to be challenged in a serious way. let me tell you something about donald trump. i know people who have voted for donald trump, but i know people who think they are going to vote for donald trump. i like and respect those people. those people think they are voting for donald trump because they believe he will challenge the system, because they believe he is an outsider. donald trump isn't going to challenge the system. he is the system. [applause]

he is the system. in fact, hillary clinton and donald trump are two sides of the same coin. hillary clinton has made her millions. she has made her hundred million, to be exact, selling influence and access from inside the system and donald trump has made his billion's buying people like hillary clinton off. he isn't going to challenge the system, he isn't going to change the system. he will protect the system, preserve the system, take advantage of the system. it is what he has done all his life. it is not just important for you to vote tomorrow. it is important to talk to the people you work and worship with them when they say, i think i'm voting for trump, tell them. the system is not working anymore for us. the system is rigged.

that is not the guide was going to challenge the system. the guy who will challenge the system is a real constitutional conservative. you know, in college, i'm traveling around with all these brilliant lawyers, ted cruz, harvard law, mike lee. i was a history of philosophy major in college. here's the thing i know from studying history and philosophy. here's the thing our founders knew. human nature does not change that much. circumstances change, but human nature does not. people everywhere, regardless of their circumstances, are looking to live a life of dignity and meaning. it is true that when you concentrate too much power in the hands of too fuel, that power is always abused.

our constitution was written to put forward what was, at the time, a radical ideal, actually. it is a visionary idea. it was a radical idea that said each individual life is gifted by god and filled with possibility. individuals have rights, inalienable rights, to find and use their god-given gifts. their fathers talk about it as the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. those rights come from god and cannot be taken away by manner government. [applause] but the flipside of our constitution is if you read it carefully, as i know you have, the constitution bars against

the concentration of power. it is why a constitutional conservative is so important in the white house because a constitutional conservative knows that unless and until we disperse money and power outside of washington dc and restore it to the citizens of this nation, the communities of this nation, the states of this nation, we will never fix what ails us. [applause] i have had the great privilege of living, traveling, working all over the world for decades. i have done business work, i have done charitable work, i've done policy work. i can say to you with absolute certainty that it is only in this nation that a young woman can start the way i did, typing, filing, answering the phones for a nine person real estate firm in the middle of a deep

recession, go on one day to become the chief executive of what we turned into the largest technology company in the world and run for the presidency of the united states. that is only possible in this nation. [applause] and yet we have come to a point in our nation's history where too many americans feel as if those possibilities are no longer real for them. we have record numbers of men who were not working. we have record numbers of women living in poverty, young people who don't know that the american dream applies to them. i ran for office because i know to restore possibilities to every american, regardless of their circumstances, will require a constitutional conservative and someone who has the courage to challenge the status quo in the system. [applause] do you know how i got here?

i will tell you how. after i suspended my campaign, there was no path for me forward. the duty of someone of someone who is a good conservative is get behind someone with a good path. kasich, get the memo. [laughter] i got here because before i ever had a conversation with ted cruz about endorsing him, i had to go vote in my home state of virginia. my husband and i went to the voting booth and my husband frank and i have been together for almost 35 years. as we are walking into the voting booth -- [applause] he says to me, honey, i am voting for you. you know, because he is my husband and he loves me. i get in the voting booth and i see that presidential ballot and i see my name on the ballot. that was kind of a thrill.

i have to tell you the truth. i kind of deposit. i thought about all my supporters -- i kind of paused. i thought about my supporters and thought the stakes are too high. i ran because we need a constitutional conservative. iran because we need someone who will challenge the system. i checked the box for ted cruz. not only did i have a conversation with him endorsement, this is not some deal. this is about what is right for the nation. we know he is a constitutional conservative. how do we know that? he fought for the constitution over and over again in front of the supreme court and he has won over and over again. whether it was our right to religious liberty or right to say one nation under god, he has fought and won.

dr. ben carson, a man i have known many years, said something interesting when he endorsed donald trump. he said, you know, he is a different man private than in public. i want to tell you, that worries me a lot. you know why? because most of the decisions that a president is going to make that are important are going to be made in private. we are not going to be there. we had better know the values and principles that guide their decision-making. we know what will guide ted cruz's decision-making. i know with absolute confidence that when the supreme court hangs in the balance, ted cruz is not going to go make a deal with the democrats. ted cruz is going to nominate a solid constitutional conservative. [applause]

here is something else i know. people have said, well, ted cruz has made some enemies. let me tell you something. the only way you get from secretary to ceo is to challenge the system. i have done that all my life. and when you challenge the system, when you challenge the status quo and the powers that be, guess what? you do more than ruffle feathers. you do more than rock the boat. you do more than break glass. you make some enemies. i am proud of the enemies that ted cruz has made because they are a demonstration to me that he is a fearless fighter, that he will fight for us, and he will indeed challenge the system. [applause] people of waukesha, people of wisconsin, tomorrow you have an opportunity to lead the nation.

you have an opportunity to stand up and say no. as republicans, as conservatives, we know we need a principled, conservative, fearless fighter to be our nominee to go on and beat hillary clinton in november, so i want you to show the rest of the nation how it is done and you elect ted cruz tomorrow. thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen. god bless you. >> our next speaker needs no introduction, but i will give him one anyway. he is one of the main reasons donald trump is going to lose wisconsin tomorrow. back in 2010, no state switched more decisively from blue to red then wisconsin. when governor scott walker was elected back in 2010, people wondered what he be able to make

a difference? this is part of the thing that is distinctive about wisconsin politics. we have political leaders who run for office because they want to do something rather than simply be something. whether we are talking about u.s. senator ron johnson or speaker paul ryan or an ex-speaker, these are the people that get into office to make changes. i learned something from governor walker. some of you might remember what we went through here in wisconsin. remember when we had elections every six weeks in waukesha? it took a while to count the votes occasionally. remember all that? you remember the fight over acta 10? do you remember how intense things got? there was a time i suggested that scott walker be more like chris christie. i regret that now. [laughter] i said, you know, you need to

get in people's faces. you need to be more aggressive. scott explained that is not the wisconsin way. we don't do that. we behave with civility and decency. you were here and watched how the tide turned in that fight. we have seen thuggish politics. we have seen attacks on conservative values. generally, we do not see it from republican presidential candidates, but we have seen it before and we see how it turns out. our next speaker is one of the most effective, courageous, creative political leaders in this country and you all in this room, and this is what we all share in common here, because we have been through this, we have all been through this. we crawled through glass, we walked through fire, and we tried to recall governor walker. you mobilized and you fought back and you fought back again. they threw everything they had at governor scott walker and he was on intimidated.

this last week when donald trump decided he was going to attack scott walker, i actually thought that that was weapons grade stupid. [laughter] it signaled a couple of things. he doesn't know wisconsin, and boy, is he from out of town. everybody here in this room knows exactly the courage, the character, of this man. it is my pleasure to introduce to you the governor of the state of wisconsin, governor scott walker. [applause] gov. walker: good evening, waukesha county. great to see you. you ready for a big win, wisconsin?

[applause] i did not hear you. are you ready for a big win, wisconsin? [applause] what a great crowd. thank you. my wife and i and my son have had a great time going out with the cruz crew and with carly and our friend mike lee, making our way around the state of wisconsin. we have literally gone into church in the shadow of lambeau field. good omen in and of itself. we had a nice rally down the way not far from lambeau in green bay yesterday. i have been on the road with heidi throughout south-central wisconsin saturday. we were eating deep-fried cheese kurds tonight. we were in eau claire, where it was a little warmer. today we had a nice town hall meeting in madison, a couple of blocks from the campus and at the capital, we did not have any protesters.

i did not even know what city i was in with all that going on. we did a great town hall meeting with megyn kelly. we went and got cheese kurds. last night we had deep-fried cheese kurds. today we had squeaky cheese curds at mars cheese castle. the funniest part is one of ted and heidi's daughters asked why the bus, when we look at the cheese castle, was not made of cheese. we were over at glorosios, and tonight, we are thrilled to show them not just the places, but the wonderful people of the state of wisconsin. we are good and decent and honorable people and we are here to tell people across america that we are voting for someone tomorrow that we stand with, not against. we are going to make him the

winner and make him the nominee of the party and that we are going to make him the president of the united states. [applause] charlie talked about it, but on june 5, four years ago at this very spot, on june 5 2012, we, not i, we celebrated a victory not just for wisconsin, we sent a message all across america and on april 5 of 2016, we are not only going to celebrate a victory here in wisconsin, we are going to celebrate a victory for all of america as we turn the tide for a ted cruz presidency. [applause] so many of you here tonight know that victory for years ago was a victory not just for a campaign. i say we.

it was all democrats before november 2010. state assembly, state senate, governor, lieutenant governor. you sent us to madison to make a difference. we did. people from outside of the state did not like that very much. we were down a little bit in the polls. as the story got out and people saw the taxes were down for the first time in a long time, that they had the power to hire and fire based on marriage and faith-based performance and that schools were the same or better. [applause] when people saw that commonsense conservative principles work not just in theory, but they work in real life, we ended up winning that recall with more votes and a higher percentage of the vote with more votes and a higher than we won the election with the first time.

[applause] today, the matter what anyone might say, democrat, liberal, someone else coming in from out of state, the reality is life is better in wisconsin. our economy is better. last year we were in one of only 10 states of the country that had a lower employment rate last year than before the recession. we were only one of 10. we have more people working in this state than just about any time in our state's history, almost 69%. that is the sixth best in the entire country in percentages of people working. [applause] our budgets are balanced. wouldn't it be nice to have a balanced budget in washington? we have had a surplus every year we have been in office. we have a rainy day fund that is

165 times bigger than when we first took office. we have cut your property and your income taxes since we first took office and for any of you students here, we froze tuition not once, not twice, not three times, but four years in a row. how about that for keeping student loan debt down? things are better. our schools have the second highest act scores in the country. why? because common sense conservative reforms worked. what we did in this state was take the power out of the hands of the big government special interest and put it firmly in the hands of the hard-working taxpayers, and when we did that , the taxpayers responded over and over and over again. it is about time wisconsin shows the best of the country that we need leaders who are willing to stand with the hard-working

taxpayers deserve power back in our hands again. [applause] that is why tonight i am proud to be here to tell you once again why i am endorsing and encouraging to support ted cruz to be the next president of the united states. [applause] three simple reasons. that is a constitutional conservative. right? the reason that matters, particularly here, is because what we have done in this state. he understands as our founders intended some 240 years ago that power should not be concentrated in washington. it should be in the states and more importantly, in the hands of the people so that you can be more effective, more efficient, and more accountable government. that is what you were going to get with ted cruz as the next president.

secondly, we really understand this in wisconsin. we need a president who is not afraid to take on the big government special interests. we have done it here. there is no reason it cannot be done in washington. a couple of years ago when ted cruz not only ran for the united states senate but he came to washington and did something amazing, something we expect here in this state but they don't often see in washington. he actually did what he said he was going to do. he not only took on the democrats and the liberals, at times he even took on members of his own party because they stood in the way of progress. we need a leader in washington who is not afraid to stick to their guns, do what they say, and take on the special interests. [applause]

and third, third, as if those philosophical policy reasons aren't enough, not just for all of you here, but if you have neighbors and classmates who have not voted yet, you need to share this next message in particular. it is a classical message on top of those others to vote for ted cruz. in the field remaining, there is only one candidate who can both win the nomination, that means get the 1237 delegates required to be the nominee to bring the party together and then go on to win the election in november against a real opponent, who is hillary clinton, the only one who can do that is ted cruz. [applause]

it is my honor to be be on the campaign trail to thank you for your hard work, to thank you for putting up signs and making phone calls and going door to door. we need to do more between tomorrow and the time the polls close. just as we did four years ago on june 5, we can show the nation what it means to affirm common sense conservative principles, someone who i knew before but i really enjoyed being out on this trip around the state. we are both preacher's kids. a little of that rubbed off as well. i know where he gets his influence. more important than that, we both grew up in the 1980's. my hair was a little longer back then as well, but my kids pointed out i had a mullet. that aside, don't hold that against me. for people like ted and paul ryan and people like myself, we

grew up in the 1980's when ronald reagan wasn't just someone who was a political figure. for us in school, he was our president. he had a positive, common sense focus on how to take this country going forward, how they get the government out of the back, to unleash the american people and to reignite the american promise and to make our country safe again in the world. that is exactly what we are going to get when ted cruz is our next president. ladies and gentlemen, let's give a warm welcome to the man we worked hard to make sure will win wisconsin tomorrow in a turning point to move this campaign in the right direction, someone who will unite the party in cleveland and who will go on to defeat hillary clinton to be the 45th president of the united states, ted cruz. [applause] she is passionate, she is dynamic. she is an incredible business leader who rose to become the ceo of the largest technology company in the world. i've got to tell you, carly terrifies hillary clinton. i can picture hillary thinking

about carly, tossing and turning, tossing and turning in her jail cell. [applause] you know, hillary sent out a fundraising e-mail today. she said, we may lose wisconsin. you know what, hillary? you are going to. in november. [applause] and let me say, god bless governor scott walker. [applause]

your governor is a rock star. [applause] this man is a strong, principled conservative who is fearless. let me tell you, texans -- chuck noris is a texan. chuck is a pretty tough guy. you know, a lot of kids, a lot of kids when they go to bed at night, they were superman pajamas. superman wears chuck norris pajamas. chuck noris wears scott walker pajamas. [applause] donald trump recently questioned

whether your governor could ride a harley. i would encourage donald, come on down. i think scott would be happy to give donald a ride, maybe give him a little sidecar that he could hold onto. you're right. it would mess up his hair. [laughter] actually, i don't know that it would. it might be that 100 miles an hour, that might not move. [laughter] you know, when governor walker stood up to the union bosses when he stood up in an epic battle, and it got nasty, we saw attacks, we saw threats, we saw protests, we saw insults. millions of men and women across

the state of wisconsin stood with scott walker. and his courage and your courage inspired millions across this country. it inspired me. when we stand together as we, the people, that we can beat the special interests that are bankrupting our country. [applause] the same courage, the same principle that y'all have demonstrated in wisconsin, we need in washington to stand up to the special interests and turn this country around. [applause] all of us, we are here tonight because our country is in crisis.

because we are bankrupting our kids and grandkids. because her constitutional rights are under assault each and every day. because of it, america has receded from leadership in the world and it has made the world a much more dangerous place. i am here tonight with a word of hope and encouragement. all across wisconsin, all across this country, people are waking up and help is on the way. [cheers and applause] this next election is going to come down to three issues. jobs, freedom, and security. let's start with jobs. i want to take a minute to speak

to all the single moms who are working two and three part-time jobs, who have had your hours forcibly reduced to 28, 29 hours a week because obamacare kicks in at 30 hours a week. i want to talk to the truck divers, the machinists and men and women with calluses on your hands. who have seen wages stagnating year after year after year. the cost of living keeps going up. student loans up to your eyeballs, scared, am i going to get a job? what does the future hold for me? the media tries to tell us this is the new normal, as good as it gets.

let me tell you, the men and women of wisconsin understand that is an utter lie. it is easy to talk about making america great again. you can even print that on a baseball cap. the real question is, do you understand the principles and values that made america great in the first place? the heart of our economy is not washington, d.c. the heart of our economy is small businesses all over the united states of america. if you want to see the economy take off, take the boot of the federal government off the neck of small businesses.

if i am elected president, we will repeal every word of obamacare. [cheers and applause] it is the biggest job killer in this country and in its place, we will pass commonsense health care reform that makes health insurance personal and affordable and keeps government from getting in between us and our doctors. we are going to pass a simple flat tax. [applause] where every american can fill

out our taxes on a postcard. and when we do that, we should abolish the irs. [cheers and applause] we are going to rein in the epa and the federal regulators who have descended like locusts on small businesses, killing jobs all across this country. [applause] we are going to stop amnesty and secure the borders and end sanctuary cities and end welfare benefits for those here illegally. [cheers and applause]

let me tell you what is going to happen when we do all of that. we will see millions upon millions of new high-paying jobs, jobs coming back to america, coming back from china, mexico, we will see manufacturing jobs coming back to wisconsin. we will see wages rising for americans across this country and we will see young people coming out of school with two or three or four or five job offers. [applause] we will see morning in america again. the second critical issue at stake in this election is freedom. the passing just a few weeks ago of justice scalia really underscored the stakes of this election.

--s not just one branch but two branches of government hang in the balance. we are one liberal justice away from a radical five justice left wing majority, the likes of which this country has never seen. we are one justice away from the supreme court stripping religious liberty from millions across the country. we are one justice away from the supreme court erasing the second amendment from the bill of rights. [booing] we are one justice away from the supreme court making a subject to the authority of the world court and the united nations and international law and giving up u.s. sovereignty. [boos] know, two debates ago, a question about the supreme court and religious liberty.

donald trump turned to me, he said ted, i have known a lot more politicians then you have. [laughter] in that, he is clearly correct. donald trump has been supporting liberal democratic politicians for 40 years. i have no experience in that. [applause] donald continued, he said, when it comes to the supreme court, religious liberty, you have to learn to compromise. [booing] you have got to learn to cut deals with the democrats and to go along to get along. let me be very clear. i will not compromise away your religious liberty.

[applause] i will not compromise away your second amendment right to keep and bear arms. [cheers and applause] the third issue at stake in this election is security. for the last seven years, we have seen a president who abandons our friends and allies and shows weakness and appeasement to our enemies. two weeks ago -- two debates ago, donald trump explained, if he were president, he would be neutral between israel and the palestinians. [booing]

let me be very clear -- as president, i will not be neutral. [cheers and applause] america will stand unapologetically with the nation of israel. [applause] anyone who cannot tell the difference between our friends and enemies, anyone who cannot tell the difference between israel and islamic terrorists who want to kill us, that raises real questions about their fitness and judgment to be commander-in-chief. for the last seven years, we have seen our military weakened

and morale of the troops plummeting. as a country, we have seen this before. we have seen another left-wing democratic president, jimmy carter, do the same thing. weaken and undermine the military. and then in january 1981, ronald reagan came into office. [applause] what did reagan do? he cut taxes, pulled back regulations, we saw millions of high-paying jobs. he used the revenue to rebuild the military and we bankrupted the soviet union and won the cold war. [applause] [crowd chanting "usa"]

i intend to do the exact same thing with radical islamic terrorism. [cheering] we are going to repeal obama tax, stop a flat amnesty, and the result will be and millions of jobs. no longer will our military be -- we will use the revenue to rebuild the military and be the mightiest force on the planet. [cheers and applause] no longer will our military be governed by political correctness.

we will have a commander-in-chief who stands up and says to the world, we will defeat radical islamic terrorism. we will have a president willing to utter the words "radical islamic terrorism." [applause] if you are a jihadist anywhere on the globe, waging war on the united states and seeking to murder innocent americans, be fully aware your day of reckoning is coming. we are coming for you and we are not coming to negotiate. we are not coming to sit down and talk. we are not coming to read you your rights and arrest you. if you wage war against this country, we are coming to kill

you. [cheers and applause] one of the most shameful aspects of the last seven years has been this president sending our fighting men and women into combat with rules of engagement so strict, their arms are tied behind their backs and they cannot fight, cannot win, and cannot defeat the enemy. it is a moral and mark my words -- it is immoral and mark my words, it will end. [applause] america has always been reluctant to use military force. we are slow to anger.

if and when military force is necessary, we should use overwhelming force, kill the enemy, and get the heck out. let's talk a little politics. [laughter] this has been an interesting year. there is an ancient chinese curse, may you live in interesting times. this political cycle is many things, but boring ain't one of them. a year ago, we started out with 17 candidates in the republican field. amazingly talented diverse, young, dynamic field. [applause] what a contrast with the democrats.

the democratic field consists of a wild eyed socialist with ideas that are dangerous for america and the world, and bernie sanders. [cheers and applause] over the course of the past year, the primaries did what they were supposed to do, narrowed the field. at this point, as we standard today, there are two candidates and only two candidates who have any plausible path to becoming the republican nominee -- me and donald trump. let me say what we are seeing here in wisconsin and across the

country, the 65-70% of republicans that recognize nominating donald trump would be a disaster. nominating donald trump elects hillary clinton. hillary wins by double digits. it is tying a giant present and giving it to the democrats. if hillary clinton is the next president, the supreme court is lost for a generation. the bill of rights is put in jeopardy. our kids are buried in trillions worth of debt. we remain stuck in the same economic stagnation we have seen the last seven years. even worse. it cannot happen. we are seeing republicans uniting behind this campaign. [applause]

of the 17 republican candidates who started, five have endorsed this campaign. rick perry and lindsey graham and jeb bush and carly fiorina -- and wisconsin's own governor, scott walker. [cheers and applause] when you throw into that mix senator merkley and mike within -- senator mike lee, you are looking at the entire spectrum of the republican party, the entire ideological spectrum coming together and uniting. let me tell you, the last two weeks have been an incredible two weeks.

two weeks ago, the state of utah, we hope to break 50% and earn all the delegates. sorry to tell you we did not get 51%. we got 69%. [cheers and applause] and we won every single one of utah's delegates. a few days ago, colorado, very different state, two different congressional districts voted. out of six delegates, we won six delegates. [applause] and then yesterday, the state of north dakota selected their delegates.

among those who have stayed in their support, we won 18. donald trump won one. [applause] 18-1, i will take that ratio every day and twice on sunday. and then tomorrow, it is the turn of the great state of wisconsin. the entire country, eyes are on the state of wisconsin. wisconsin has a national platform. a victory here tomorrow will resonate across the country and change the outcome in states to come. if you do not want to see donald trump as the nominee, if you do not want to see hillary clinton that the next president, i ask you to come out tomorrow and

vote for me 10 times. look, we are not democrats. i am not suggesting voter fraud. if everyone here picks up the phone and calls nine other people and you get nine other people to come out and vote tomorrow, you will have voted 10 times. [applause] let me tell you, maybe you are not yet old enough to vote. if you pick up the phone and talk to your friends, if you get 10 other people to vote tomorrow, you will have voted 10 times before you turn 18. that is how we win.

this election is going to be decided by the grassroots, the men and women gathered here, by the courageous conservatives coming together, by the same people in wisconsin who stood shoulder to shoulder with scott walker in a recount battle and election after election. the people of wisconsin standing together. [cheers and applause] if we stand united, we are going to win this nomination and we are going to win the general election and we are going to be at hillary clinton and we will turn this country around. she loves him more than you can imagine. she is going to a hard time. she has been so supportive and incredible over what we're trying to do. making america great again and d takeetting the worl advantage of us. we don't win anymore, we don't win with train -- trade or military. early, and she knows we are going to take care of our people and it will be america first. we have no choice. going through a few of them, i said to a few folks, i have to explain what is happening. our country is being decimated bystupidity, by bad deals, ppp, whichades, by ted cruz wants badly. ted cruz is pushing it hard. john kasich, i don't think he is a player here. is one and 32, and it was his own state. he is one and 32. in all fairness, jeb bush was doing better than that. many people were doing better that chose to get out. he is taking my votes. look -- at a certain point in life, what you do is say i am one and 32, i have one thing --

won one out of 32 state. you do what marco rubio and rand paul did and you get out. you can put your name up and say you want to run and you go to the convention and you run, but it would be nice to see -- i tell you what, he takes my votes more than he takes from ted cruz. i don't think it is appropriate, but if we have to live with them, we still in beta him easily. john kasich voted for nafta, it was a disaster for wisconsin in our country. ppb.ruz once ted cruz is the one that insisted we can't talk about money manipulation, devaluation

of currencies, he won't let them do it. he fought currency devaluation. that is the single biggest tool that other countries have for taking our business and money and jobs. we cannot let this go on any longer. they are controlled by their beard --super pac's super pac's. they have signs on their takeead in washington, i care of ted cruz, i take care of john kasich, i take care of hillary. [booing] we cannot let it happen anymore. -- obama used to say time for change, i say it is time for real change. yesterday for the first

time, he started having reservations about the iran deal . i could have told him that six , nine- six months ago months ago. the ink isn't even dry and he is starting to finally understand that it was a big, beautiful mistake. it will only get worse. by the way, iran is getting worse. there were supposed to come into the community, what a bunch of babies. are we babies? they were supposed to come into the community and they were supposed to get involved. now, you see they just ordered 118 airbus jets. they did not go to boeing. one of the reasons is we restricted them from spending. billion and $150 they are not even allowed to give us money by buying our products. how crazy are we? how much longer is it going to last?

when are we going to get smart? when is it going to stop? we as a country are being ripped off by virtually every single country in the world. whether it is militarily or trade. we do not win any more, we cannot win with the military, we cannot be isis. can you imagine general patton,r or general they say get rid of isis, what do you think? what time is it now -- it is so sad to see what is happening to our country. we're going to change it. we are going to make it rich again and strong again. [applause] so, there are so many different elements. i always talk about trade because when i announced on june 16, it was like the academy awards. i've never seen so many cameras.

said, a deep breath and let's go. , running for president takes guts. it takes a lot of guts, believe me. even for the politicians, at least they are out on the line, but then you see the dishonesty. louisiana, and then i find out i am not supposed to get as many delegates as someone id. they say there are rules. i don't care about rules, we go out and we win. i get the delegates. [applause] , we haveantime millions more votes than crews -- ted cruz. we have beat him in most of the states. we are winning by almost 300 delegates, so we are doing great. i think we closed it out before

the convention. [applause] that is like a prize fighter, they go into unfriendly territory, the champ goes in and they say, you may have in a friendly decision. and when you come out, there is no unfriendly decisions. we get the delegates, we pull out a knockout. i can see that happening. more and more people want to get on board. frankly, when i looked at a friend of mine, a great friend of mine, he lives not very far from here. he said with wisconsin, you were going to win. i said, holes are not that great, i'm a little bit down. no, you will win but you have to be there. you have to come in and talk to people like we did this afternoon at the hangar. you are going to win. he is a very smart guy.

he said you have got to come in. i've been making speeches -- three today, for yesterday. you are going to get so sick of me, you are to say give him the hell out of here. progress,ing so much and it has been so inspiring to see the people. even you people, you do not sit down. if you want, you can. we have plenty of time to sit down, right? that is aciate that, sign of affection and respect, and i appreciate it. [applause] so, we have to bring our countries -- country back. with china, we had a trade deficit of $500 billion per year . with mexico, we will build a wall and have strong borders, believe me.

we have a trade deficit of $58 billion per year, the wall will cast -- cost $10 billion. the politicians are saying, how can you possibly get them to pay? let me tell you something, when billion dollar deficit, and you have a $10 billion wall, it is really easy. they don't understand that. they say, how do you get them to pay? i say, it is so easy, rely on me. we are to have a strong border. two days ago i was greatly honored because the border don't want to stand back, they want to do their job properly. before the wall goes up, we may not need of the wall that we are building it anyway. believe me. but the border patrol people are unbelievable people, and it is

15,500 people giving me an endorsement two days ago. i did not ask for or no. first time they have ever done it. first time they've ever done it, they gave me an endorsement. arizona -- heom was with me when i one really big. it was incredible. we have to have strong borders, we cannot let the syrians come in, we have no idea who they are. we don't know if they are serious. this could be the all-time great trojan horse. i have as big a heart as anybody, we want to help them and build safe zones in syria want to get the gulf states to pay for them, the gulf states have nothing but money. we will run it and do a good job, but let some of the else pay for it for a change. right? that is what is happening to our country, folks. that is what is happening to our country and we cannot let it happen. we have to be smart and vigilant and strong. we are not going to have a country. we need borders. we need great trade deals. and i haveet mexico, great respect for mexico and i respect their leaders, but we cannot let mexico and china and any country you want to name, steal our business and jobs. when you look at what is happening in wisconsin and you say, the reason i be your governor is because i read off the statistics. i stood up and read statistics. you are losing jobs. stephen came out and gave you some of the information so i will not bore you with the, but it is very average.

our country is less than average , we're doing so badly. it is just one of those things, and we have to smarten up and get tough. we have to get so vigilant and not be so politically correct. we have to do what is right for our country. [applause] when the great ford motor company built a $2.5 billion when nabiscoco, moves its massive plant to mexico from chicago, we cannot let it happen. when a carrier air conditioners, they just announced they are moving to mexico, pfizer is moving to ireland. i watched the politicians, and they have no business in these things, but they are taking care of. a lot of them say, let me ask you a question. are they that dumb?

not actuallyey are that dumb. some of them are. they are all taken care of by special interests. we -- when you want something done, you look at washington and ask who is better than me? before june 16, i was part of the establishment. they will not do what is right for you, but what is right for the company they represent or the country they represent and the united states continues to get ripped off. a lot of times they will say, how could the deals so stupidly made? not stupid, they are doing it for themselves because they want contributions and money put in their super pac's. they are totally controlled by the money. believe me. that is not good for our country. terrible things are happening and we are getting weaker and weaker. hundreds and thousands and even millions of jobs are being taken

out. look at the jobs we have even in will -- wisconsin, manufacturing is down. it is gloomy throughout the united states. it is a disaster what is going on. we will not have jobs left. they do it with the manipulation of currency, they do it with kyle -- guile. our politicians in most cases don't even know what is happening. when they do know, and they let it happen, it is even worse. i am not taking money from anybody. i am self funding my campaign. [applause] and we are going to get it. we're going to get it stopped. i look at u.s. manufacturing. look at these charts. this is where we are going. you know that is not good. just is one i just saw, i got this, it is incredible. look at this. jobsis manufacturing

rapidly declining. look at that chart. another couple of jobs -- years and there will not be jobs. the jobs we have now are bad jobs. everyone admits that, even the other side you'd the -- even the other side. they say, these are bad jobs. job,you stop looking for a you are considered statistically employed, so the numbers are not correct. it is a problem -- number that has made up to make politicians look good. like the economy -- the economy is not good. we are sitting on a bubble. the banks have money and give it to you for nothing if you are rich. if you needed, they do not loan it to you. you have some great companies, some smaller companies, you cannot get the banks to give you money. they are controlled by the regulators.

the system that this company is run under is out of control. we will change it. we will bring back the jobs and our companies. [applause] response, andh a the reason i have that response -- i look at the ads, and ted cruz makes things up. they don't know where to begin. lying ted. -- he comes up, did you ever see a guy like this? ben carson is a great guy. lying ted, remember in iowa? he said that been has left the race. this was on election day. it was not two days before or the day after, during the election he left the race, and

people believed him. thousands of votes were cast not for been but for ted cruz. it is pure deception, it is lying. during one of the debates, marco rubio looked up and said, you are a liar. i said, i've never heard a politician call another person a liar, so now i can do it. n'ted.l him lyi it is crazy what he does and says. but i met tougher people, have never met anyone who lied as much as he does. you know i have tremendous evangelical support. --ave jared fogle junior jerry falwell junior. evangelicals do not like liars and they see he lie so much.

he walks in with the bible held high, and then he starts to lie. boy, he is bad. world, i do not think you -- will fall for that. everything is a debate. easy, justd, take it talk. but we are doing very well. the whole thing is working out. i have been here for a long time now. i have been here for a long time. we will stay tomorrow, i think i am doing "fox and friends" tomorrow. we will do some other shows. we want to make sure we bring this home. .e have a movement going on it is a movement of intelligence and common sense. we are not going to let carrier make air-conditioners in mexico and then come in and take money

out of the country. it is not going to happen anymore. i'm a free trade are. said thateb bush, he i'm not a conservative. i am a conservative, that i believe in free trade, but that you need smart people on your side of the free trade. if you don't have smart people or people like ted cruz better totally controlled by money and guy,stablishment -- this in his whole life did not know what the world establishment -- word establishment meant. i had one friend who came into my office, i don't think i've ever said this before. he wanted to give me millions of donald -- dollars. i said no, he thought it was kidding. you wanted to endorse me give me money. he was finally convinced. he said he was going to give it to another candidate. i said, why?

they are gamblers, it is like they have to do it. he loves me and wants to give me .robably close to $10 million i would've had the greatest super pac in history if i had taken all of the money. i've said this before -- my whole life as a businessperson is this. taking, but now i'm going to take for the united states. we are not going to be stupid people anymore.
