house, we have got a chance to lay out our key principles of the blueprint, which again is literally a bill for growth, jobs and economy. those concessions were very -- >> what did you learn about the of fresh and of health care that you did not already know about the tax level force? kevin brady: what did they learn new? we have a number of new republicans in the house and senate. it gave them a chance to catch up on a number of nuances in health care, looking at the options going forward. so from that standpoint, and to have this discussion with the trump administration was very helpful. >> [indiscernible] kevin brady: on the obamacare taxes, there has been big debate as you know between folks who want to repeal all of the obamacare taxes -- i had a bill,

and people like cassidy say absolutely not. do you still want to repeal all of the taxes upfront, and what is the importance of doing that from your perspective? kevin brady: i want americans burdened under obamacare taxes to be held. it is really hurting small patients. we are having discussion on the timing of that. it is all in the context of having those deposed from obamacare, very tailored health care that travels with americans, to be changed as their circumstances change, and create more freedom and control than they had in the past. >> do you think it is a nonstarter the idea that republicans they campaigned on repealing obamacare would pass a bill that keeps those taxes in place for any period of time? kevin brady: we are having

discussion on how we provide that monthly credit for the folks who don't get health care at work or don't get it from medicare, medicaid, or the v.a. for example, how they can fund their health care backpack, the backpack that includes the health care plan that they choose is right for them, access to a health savings account for the daily needs of health care, they control their electronic medical records throughout their lifetime. we are looking at options and discussed them today about how you finance that monthly plan. [speaking simultaneously] >> is it possible you don't get enough democratic votes for the full replacement? how much can you fit into the reconciliation package? kevin brady: we are determined both on repeal and replace to make sure we are delivered what is needed. i have got to go to the airport.
