about 7:00 almost entirely party line, i would expect that only joe manch of west virginia, a conservative democrat is going to be the only democrat to be supporting mnuchin but it's a victory for the senate to kick this into monday because it had been scheduled for saturday morning. a lot are pretty grumpy. they want to go home. so it's probably good for the institution to have a weekend to process this stuff. then from there they'll go to veterans affairs secretary will be confirmed on monday night easily. and then tuesday morning will be linda mcman will be confirmed as the small business administration. so it has been a historicically slow approach for trump's cabinet but it's starting to pick up a little bit and there's a little light at the end of the tunnel. >> also reported on democrats' opposition to labor secretary nominee. what will we hear about his confirmation hearing? >> you will hear a lot about an

undocument combd granted who worked for him and he did not pay taxes on for four to five years according to his spokesman. republicans are sticking behind this nomination. but i believe that democrats have now realized that if he is probably the only one left that they can perhaps tag or maybe get to withdraw. so they are concentrating on him. chuck schumer the leader has called on him to withdraw. you'll probably hear more of that in the hearing. and i think that democrats are going to focus pretty much all of their energy scords scuttling his nomination which is now becoming the latest one that they can put a lot of nrnl towards. > thanks for the update. >> thanks so much. >> the house and senate return monday. follow the house live on -span, the senate on c-span 2. >> sunday night, melissa
