>> the week ahead in congress includes more senate debate on president trump's cabinet nominations. a final vote on treasury ominee is set for monday evening. >> how is the vote shaping up for monday evening? and what's the senate's nomination docket like for the rest of the week? >> the vote is going to be about 7:00 and it is almost entirely party line. i would expect that only joe manchen of west virginia, a conservative democrat, is going to be the only democrat to be supporting him. but it is actually a little bit of a victory for the senate to kick this into monday because it had been scheduled for saturday morning. a lot of the senators are pretty grumpy. they want to go home. so it's probably good for the

institution to have a weekend to process the stuff. and then from there we're going to go to veterans affairs secretary david shullkin confirmed monday night easily, very little dissent. and tuesday morning will be linda mcman and confirmed as small business administration. so it's been an historicically slow approach for trump's cabinet but it's starting to pick up a little bit and there's a little light at the end of the tunnel the. >> politico reporting on democrats objection to the labor secretary. what will we hear? >> you will hear a lot about an undocumented immigrant who worked for him and he did not pay taxes on for four to five years according to his spokesman. republicans are sticking pee hind this nomination but i believe that democrats are now the realized that he is probably the only one left that they can perhaps tank or maybe get to withdraw. so they're concentrating their fire on him. chuck schumer the democrat leader has called on him to
