representative said tuesday, a post appeared promoting the mar-a-lago. it shouldn't have happened and "ought to come down." she goes on to say "that is the kind of thing that should not happen and if it take a posted, take it down immediately. if this was put up by someone, it is to come down and there needs to be clarity brought to that issue that, no indeed, it was a mistake and it is down." there is a closer look at the winter white house and the post drew backlash from lawmakers and ethics watchdogs said they prepared -- said it appeared to be promoting a private business. they did remove the post from the website on monday and an apology forh any "misperception."

members of the house requests that the draft is signed on religious liberty as reported by numerous outlets on every second in order to protect millions of americans whose religious freedom has been attacked or threatened over the last eight years. been publicly not released. it was obtained by usa today. in february, the white house said the president had no plans to sign such an order. it protects employees from auntie lgbtq workplace discrimination while working for federal contracts will remain intact at the direction of the president but on monday, a senior white house official told usa today that some sort of policy to protect liberties was in the works and the president was trying to find middle ground. the official did not want to publicly discuss a policy that was developing. on the open phone we go next to deborah in north carolina. on the democrat line.

has a story by robert barnes taking a look at some of the back-and-forth that is going on in the supreme court with the addition of the latest justice, neil gorsuch. this one deals with statements by one of the justices. she wrote on monday that the court is "developing a disturbing trend of siding with police officers accused of excessive force." she was arguing that the court should have accepted a case of a man who was shot in the back by a police officer in 2010. a federal judge dismissed in that suit before the trial. the u.s. court of appeals upheld that decision. what happened in the incident that left him crippled is in dispute. wrote thatent, she the decision on which a man is telling the truth should be "made by a jury, not a judge reviewing a paper record." what made this unusual was the
