have been meeting to look at the medicaid provisions and there are about seven to eight people in that group. i cannot speak for them, but suffice it to say, they are certainly concerned. that is why the cbo announced quantifying the cuts and the impact is going to be so important. over $800 take billion out of the medicaid program and not expect that it a planve an impact on that relies on medicaid for 70% of the cuts of its patients. access issue as well as one having to do with cuts. >> what i find disappointing is that these bills will not take the problems. they do the same thing in washington, throwing money at the problem.

and we have rhetoric. slow the process down, get the information and go through the problem-solving process. reduce these issues because of obamacare mandates. let's fix the problem. in the end, i come from a that willing taste look at what i am forced to vote on and i will ask myself, is this better tomorrow than where we are. >> that will so that you do not like this process, but you are not going to be the vote to delay things to make the process get better. >> i would like to delay the thing. there is no way we should vote on this next week. i have a hard time believing wisconsin constituents or even myself will have enough time to properly evaluate this to vote for motion proceeds. leadership, the white house, anybody, let's not rush this process.

let's have the integrity to show the american people what it is. >> why haven't they listen to you? >> maybe they will. >> as far as some of my conservative friends going that the bill does not go far enough, i am sympathetic to them wanting to lower premiums and the greater freedom on the part of consumers. firstsee this bill as a step, a first important step in repealing those portions of obamacare that we can stabilize in the market and making important reforms to medicaid. it is not the last step. >> will you support this bill? >> right now i am undecided. a couple things i am concerned if they can be addressed, i will. but if they can't, i won't. >> obamacare has sabotaged the market to where half the

counties are down to either 0, 1, or two choices. you have over 40 counties where nobody is selling obamacare insurance. you've made the case effectively that obamacare is in trouble. even senator durbin would say there is something that needs to be done. the question is whether you and the team of designers can find a way to bring over the senators you need. you can only afford to lose two. them is committed to a fundamental change away from obamacare and central government control and into local control and patients making decisions. we will continue to work with each of them through the process. every one of them has good points. >> do you have the possibility within the framework of the bill to fix it so we can go with you? way we canhe only finally change away from obamacare, get away with the
