after friday morning. >> the majority leader released a draft version thursday. custom medicaid in place. some concessions to moderate republicans, too conservative republicans. where does support lie? >> they need to get 50 republican senators for this to pass. rand paul of kentucky and susan againsthave come out the bill. a number of senators from medicaid expansion states, like dean heller of nevada, shelley ,oore capito of west virginia surrounded by reporters trying to figure out what their opinion is on this bill. those senators are going to need to see the cbo score on monday. we will see what they are actually going to decide to do.

>> the cbo score coming out early in the week. erica talked about that timeline as well on twitter. if republicans can get the vote to start this process them of what is the debate process? what does the amendment process look like? >> if they can get past this first initial hurdle, which would be a big victory, they would have unlimited debate. they would have a number of amendments that would reopen to the floor. they are hoping that after this long, arduous process, senators can bring of different amendments, and have a final passage, and deliver on the promise they have been saying to their constituents. >> what have you heard in terms of the delay, going back to their districts for the august break? you are right there.
