that goes to the disaster relief fund, about $19 billion. there is also $16 billion in debt forgiveness for the national flood insurance program . there is a little under $600 million for wildfire suppression and there is also $1.2 billion for nutrition assistance in puerto rico. the other part of this is that about 4.9 billion flowed be transferred from the disaster relief fund to a loan program for puerto rico. >> your headline at cq.com showing the total, 36.5 billion is what house appropriators are releasing. it appears that figure has gone up since last week. wasn't it a $29 billion proposal last week? >> the trump administration asked for $29 billion in the last night or yesterday, they

puerto rico was hit very hard so this would be nutrition assistance for low income people puerto rico peers >> this additional request, additional preparation request largely driven by delegations from texas and florida are those delegations, strictly the members from texas satisfied with what has been proposed? >> i think they're mostly supported. texas and florida did not get the additional money. they want this clear that further supplemental will be on the way after this one. let's talk about the support for this measure which is coming up under suspension of the rules meaning it takes two thirds of those resident voting to pass it. it will not get any chance for amendments. calling on aetter
