isis. we have troop increases necessary to accomplish what we have to do, and we have a pay increase for our troops. this will be the largest pay increase for our incredible people the number of decade, and increases total defense spending by more than $60 billion from last year and funds the addition of tanks, planes, and submarines. we have submarines being built, the likes of which there is in the world. our military equipment is the best in the world, and one thing you saw two days ago in saudi arabia, and other countries, saudi arabia is an example of buying hundreds of williams of dollars worth of our quitman. -- hundreds of as a matter of national security i have signed this omnibus budget bill.

there are a lot of things i am unhappy about in this bill, a lot of things that we should not have had in this, but we were in a sense were forced to have. there are some things we should have in the bill but i say to congress i will never sign another bill like this again. i'm not going to do it again. old. only hours some don't even know what is in it. .1.3 trillion president obama signed one that was larger, which i'm sure he was not too happy with either. it became so big because we need to take care of our military and the democrats who don't believe in that, added things they wanted to get their votes. we have to get rid of the filibuster rule.

we are adding immigration judges at a high level. thee we are disappointed in 1.3 trillion, because the number is so large, we will start coming down. we had no choice but to fund our military. by far thehave strongest military in the world. this will be by far the strongest military we have ever had. when you look at these pages a lot of that is devoted to the military. i just want to thank members of so hard.for working to also know that there are a lot of strings pulling
