current recorded human history. that is a problem for a lot of people. they want to get it out of their states. commercehe energy and committee on a 49-4 vote on this issue, pretty unheard-of since the house and senate has been divided for so long. to see such a strong vote come out of the committee will carry to see this nevada opposition, that's will get vocal next week. interviewer: this is from congresswoman titus. her words, not ours. why in the past has nevada's delegation been so strong in resisting these types of measures?

if it passes the house, where does it stand in the u.s. senate? jeremy: that is the problem. this problem got canceled in 2010 by the obama administration because of such strong, local opposition. this is something that former democratic leader senator harry reid made, one of his central tenets of time in the senate was his opposition to this site. weekre going to see next representative rosen, currently running against senator heller representing race, congresswoman titus. this is an issue that unites nevadans. it is not just party lines. this will pass the house, but it will run into the opposition and
