before the senate judiciary committee to present his findings happening at 10:00 a.m. on wednesday. the chairman of the committee is lindsey graham and lindsey graham tweeting out some thoughts about early reporting that has come out about what is contained in the report and what some of the conclusions are, saying be wary of the washington post and new york times reporting on what is coming up report.hael horowitz's they have been trying to spin this to diminish the effect and downplay it. some more tweets from fellow senators over the weekend, this is senator john cornyn saying not surprisingly, we have seen several news stories with selective leaks that site sources familiar with the contents of the report and he went on to say it is reasonable to assume most, if not all of these sources are subjects of the report and hoping to offer

4:25 am
caller: this is concerning the hearings going on right now, the next stage is going to be in the senate. mitch mcconnell's wife works for president trump. he is going to oversee what happens out of this judiciary. mitch mcconnell is going to set the standards and the rules and his wife works for trump, who is being put on trial. host: if this is mitch mcconnell's senate trial -- if it is his to run, why should his wife be an influence or why do you think that? caller: she works for the president of the united states, she is the transportation secretary. they will gothink against the president -- caller: that is a conflict of interest. host: republicans in the senate,
4:26 am
do you think they will go against the president if there is a trial in the senate? caller: the senate is going to go with trump because mitch mcconnell is the one running it, his wife gets a paycheck. host: you have made that point several times. i just want to say trump knows he was wrong and if they don't impeach him, they will be wrong. host: what do you mean by that? the russia investigation -- he has been wrong since he has been there. host: did anything presented over the last few weeks, especially in the hearings that took place on the intelligence side sway you in any way? what did you hear from those hearings that led to your
4:27 am
opinion? noter: i see different ones -- getting on there and not telling the truth and if they would just tell the truth -- if they would just let the american people vote for this, they will see the outcome. host: from michigan, independent line, we will talk to darrell. good morning. caller: there are two important things that are going to happen today. the first one is democrats will supposedn the 14 obstructions of justice from the mueller report, they do not want that to go to the senate. pelosi is on a high-speed train headed for a train wreck in the senate.
4:28 am
she has been fighting this since it started. she opened the doors on the inquiry, but she is hoping it will get dropped because if it goes to the senate, the republicans nor the democrats -- monopolizing the industry, so there can be all kinds of jars open that will have smells to them that democrats do not want to see happen. that is darrell in michigan joining us, the hearing we have been talking about starts at 9:00 a.m. and we will take you to the room before that. up until that point, we will take calls from you independents, 202-748-8002. you can text us at 202-748-8003. if you want to watch the hearing, c-span is how you do it and you can go to our website. if you are out and about and

4:30 am
president himself? you feel you have a rocksolid case? >> we have a very rocksolid case. i believe it would be a guilty verdict in three minutes flat. all this knob and -- nonsense about hearsay evidence, it is considerable evidence and it ill behooves the evidence and his partisans to say you do not have direct evidence when the reason we don't have more direct evidence is the president ordered everybody not to cooperate with congress in the inquiry, something that is unprecedented in american history and contempt of congress. he has ordered everybody not to participate. the only testimony we have are from patriotic people who came forward and defied the president possible orders and testified. host: we will be seeing a lot of chairman nadler today during the course of the hearings, gaveling in expected around 9:00.
4:31 am
here is john mcardle. host 2: we will also hear a lot from doug collins up and tweeting this morning. this was the tweet he put out 1998ng nancy pelosi from during the impeachment hearings of bill clinton. ,ancy pelosi saying at the time fundamental principles americans hold dear have been seriously violated, sounds familiar, doug pelosi, asked of speaker your words applied best to today's partisan impeachment scam, an unfair violation of america's deepest values. we will keep checking twitter throughout the morning to show you what the president is saying, what members of the committee is saying and what greta brawner is saying. she continued after her hit with us to stay in the committee hearing room and wants to take us on a twitter tour.
4:32 am
this is what she posted on her twitter page in that impeachment hearing room, the first two rows are reserved for members of congress, the first row on the right side is reserved for judiciary committee staff, about 100 seats reserved to watch the hearing. another tweet from greta showing the rows of print reporters and network producers with front row seats to the impeachment hearing and there is reserved speeding. he c-span is in the room and encouraging viewers to watch the hearings with us today. one more tweet from greta, an interview with one of c-span's cameramen in the room explaining how the witness cameras work in the committee hearing room, the cameras directly facing the witnesses at the witness table. take a watch. we have several cameras in
4:33 am
the room, among those cameras are the well cameras. this camera will give isolated shots of witnesses and we have a second camera set on a two shot today, 4 shot on other days where you can see all the witnesses, especially when being sworn in. that way, no matter what, we have a shot of whoever is speaking. host: helen in north carolina, republican line, hi. morning.ood everything mostly boils down to money. that is why democrats are not mad or hate trump. they are angry because hillary did not win and they could not get kickbacks from the large taxpayer or get in pockets and give speeches and make five or six -- $500 or
4:34 am
$600. would notaring, i waste my time watching it and i watch a headache. they twisted trump's words all around. i would not waste my time watching that. host: why not? caller: i think it is a bunch of garbage. you could say something to your neighbor and by the time they turn around, they could twisted neighbor eventher the president of ukraine told why they aret know blowing it out of proportion. i guess the lawyers are getting .ich that is why democrats are so .pset
4:35 am
he has done so much for this .ountry host: susanna, hello. caller: good morning. democratsas how many went over to the republican side during this 2.5 year episode that went on? i would also like to know nadler and schiff, the democratic party, when cnn is a part of at&t and the phone calls they got -- the phone records they got from the guys -- from the at&t isan side -- if part of this company of cnn, --ldn't people to your first part

4:37 am
this impeachment thing going on that, isn't it ironic jerry nadler decides to have the hearing today when inspector general's report is coming out at 8:00 a.m. central and, 9:00 a.m. your time everybody is supposed to be watching that wonderful, partisan, democratic impeachment process? call republicans to testify, we cannot have nothing good said about the president, we have got to bash that man until he is dead. host: the president or representation was invited to participate in this new round of hearings, the white house chose not to do that. caller: participate in a circus like that when the media is

reporting -- if donald trump said i will give every american over 18 years old $1 million, the democrats and the media would report donald trump is buying votes. say the democrats could that. if donald trump was a democrat, we would not be where we are today. host: freddie in california, independent line, hi. caller: am i on? host: you are, go ahead. caller: you have to either be blind or do not comprehend well trump is telling you -- he asked the foreign government -- not allowing people to testify.

if you are honest, what are you hiding from? host: host: host: but the hearings -- host: with the hearings themselves, what did you learn? caller: i thought it was all general reporting, but then i come to find out people did see what he did. -- he decided -- the only reason he decided not to give them money is he got caught. he is not going to get impeached because the senate will not let them get impeached. host: do you think the democrats will be able to come up with specific articles of impeachment? caller: they will have plenty of material for articles of impeachment. in theoing to drop dead senate because whether he is acquitor not, they will

4:41 am
attachments to it. there is money attached to all of our foreign aid. i don't like the impeachment. i did not like it under clinton. we shouldsically, impeach all the congressman and senators because all of them are getting kickbacks from foreign countries or foreign lobbyists within our country to lobbies the way they want the policies written. the way i looked at it is in a sense, everybody up there is countries orgn foreign people interfere with our policies and our elections.
4:42 am
host: that is carol in west virginia calling us on topics related to today's hearings in the house judiciary taking a look at the evidence that has been presented over the last few weeks regarding the impeachment inquiry. here is john mcardle. host 2: this hearing today moving forward despite a last-minute attempt by ranking member doug collins to get a postponement for today's hearing . the reason for that, he said, is a late transmission of thousands of pages of documents from the majority democrats to the republican minority, documents from intelligence, foreign affairs, and budget committees relating to their investigation when it comes to the president and impeachment efforts. this was the statement by doug collins. chairman nadler has no choice but to postpone hearings in the wake of the last-minute document transmission that shows how far democrats have gone to pervert fairness.
4:43 am
it democrats waited until after speaker pelosi announced articles of impeachment and showed the judiciary committee's impeachment hearing to show documents -- ofse documents, thousands pages -- to read through over the weekend, including the 52 page report from the judiciary committee on the constitutional grounds for presidential impeachment. will not redo all 52 pages, but here is the final conclusion on the last page of that report. this is how majority democrats ended the report. as medicine recognized, --laming the government enable the government to control the governed and in the next place, oblige it to control

itself. impeachment is the last and most extraordinary result -- resort. it is a terrible power, but only because it was forged to counter a terrible power. the consideration of articles of impeachment is always a sad and solemn undertaking. in the end, it is the house speaking for the nation that must decide whether the president's conduct rises to the level of high crimes and misdemeanors warranting impeachment. that is how they concluded that report. look for some of that language in the conclusion of today's testimony. the c-span into archives to go into the closing remarks of then republican investigative counsel david schippers. his closing argument to the house judiciary committee december 10, 19 98 presenting his case for articles of impeachment against then president clinton. why would you go to another foreign country to investigate a u.s. citizen? especially your political opponent? if you were to try to investigate anyone else, i might have said ok. seriously, biden? host: what is the legal thing, specifically, do you think? caller: for me, i think it is highly illegal to investigate your political opponent with a foreign country. himdon't you get investigated with our authority we have in the united states that we have paid tax dollars for them to be created? host: that is cynthia in --yland talking about the you will get your chance when the hearing dabbles in at 9:00. as you can imagine, other things happening not only here, but in the world.

caller: good morning. host: go ahead. i watched this whole thing from the time trump was .lected the previous president said the same exact words, but did .othing i voted for a person who gets things done. it is amazing to me because i c-span all the time and democrats are so afraid there will be so many changes because today, the united states, every country has become a business and it should be business people running these things and there should be term limits on
4:53 am
senators, and all because if you are on a committee, let's say on banking, you can buy and sell stock on anything going on that you may have control over. host: today's hearing regarding the evidence being -- do you plan to watch any of that or have you made conclusions about what you have made so far? caller: i will watch, but it is a joke. , have watched nadler, schiff it is like they turned a blind ear. host: what do you mean by that? caller: i mean when somebody starts saying something that they don't like, they immediately shut him off, hammer down, or turn a blind ear to it and change the subject. this whole thing has been a joke
4:54 am
because democrats decided they won. they have been trying to build a case since he was elected. host: we will hear from margaret in georgia, good morning. believe that the president is not guilty. understandn't actualr we have got the telephone call and the president money -- before he issues , he has to make sure the people that are getting the money are -- and not just taking our hard earned money and using it for their own good.

4:56 am
i printed out the transcript or i understandk english, i am a fairly educated person. he convicted himself in that phone call. he had no right to hold the money back, congress already approved it and from what my understanding is, he had no right to hold it. biden'sto investigate son and biden, that is ridiculous. i thought that was already investigated and closed. i don't understand -- i do understand, unfortunately these a one are listening to sided interpretation of the news today, it is very sad. host: since you specifically read the transcript, what makes you think he did wrong?
4:57 am
caller: when he said i want you to do a favor, though, that is what he did wrong. when he was telling the man you either do this for me or i will not release the money and they the proven the man knew money was being held at the time and republicans keep saying he did not know and they have already proven he did. people refuse to listen to this. i listened to all the hearings, i have listened to the phone calls and the tv programs, including fox news, i listen to the span, which i think gives me the best understanding of where the country is going and it is very upsetting because when i mentioned to republican people why don't you listen to this they say this is the only man who has done what he has
4:58 am
promised. these things he is doing, it is un-american. host: that is judith in florida, democrats line. for the hour or so we have been doing this, we have been talking to you about today's hearing, getting your thoughts on what you expect and related matters and you can talk to us about that. the hearing will gavel in at 9:00 and we will go to the room before that. you can let us know your thoughts many ways. .epublicans, 202-748-8001 democrats, 202-748-8000. and independents, 202-748-8002. if you want to text us, you can do that at 202-748-8003. you can post on twitter and facebook. here is john mcconnell. host 2: -- john mcardle. host 2: we might be getting a glimpse of doug collins' strategy. another tweet from of few

5:02 am
when will you get in and how long can you stay? >> they said 15 minutes before the hearing, they are going to let us in. we should have plenty of room. there is not much of a waiting line here. i anticipate spending most of the day here. host: you can comment on the hearings on our twitter feed. you can see the people taking time to demonstrate. you can probably see this already. steve pointing out fall this morning, too cold for inside the house. fall behind me. me.og behind you cannot see the capital. it is still there. those are the conditions going on now. lanita ishis next --

next. caller: good morning. how are you? host: i'm doing well. how about yourself? caller: i'm doing great. i wanted to be a little comical. i wish i could see as well as i can hear. of i assumed, i think, and as far as sondland, he must have -- there is no way i could hear someone speaking across the table for me unless it was on speakerphone. that doesn't hold water for me. this far as what is going on nadler, it is an embarrassment to our country. i listen to all this stuff. sometimes i listen again on c-span.
5:04 am
every time the republicans wanted to speak, he would shut him down. that professor, the lady got so mad. she showed a really bad side of her. host: only because that was last week's hearing, what about today? are you planning on watching? caller: yes, i am going to watch. host: what are you hoping to learn from it? caller: evidence that i have not seen or heard. everything has been i assumed, i thought. been in officeve for 30 years. i think they should be limited to two to four terms or get them out of office. i think there's is going to be some stuff uncovered pertaining to the democrats, and the tables are going to turn on some of the democrats, and they are going to comeuppance as
5:05 am
they are trying to do this against donald trump did host: we will hear from debbie in ohio. caller: first off, what i have 1998,d is in 1997, president bill clinton had a treaty brought up where ukraine and the u.s. would work together on corruption. so ukraine is very corrupt. the professor maria blocked as foris for people -- vis people that are honest and wanted to come to the u.s. the state department and the fbi have evidence that money was being funneled into different she'll companies. host: how does that relate to today? caller: this is all illegal what they are doing, the democrats.
5:06 am
this is an embarrassment. we had a treaty. they are doing the same thing with the u.s. aid, the taxpayers money in puerto rico. that $93stealing billion we sent to puerto rico. host: that is debbie in ohio. let's go to missouri, democrat line. ray, go ahead. caller: it's bruce. host: i'm sorry. go ahead. i quit listening to c-span sometime back. i happened to tune into it today. thank you for letting me speak. understand why i quit listening. i'm so disappointed in the ignorance. i'm so disappointed and thatrassed for the people don't know our history, our constitution, what our intent was, what

people have died for. i keep hearing talking points the same repeated from a right-wing entertainment channel. i wish c-span could do more to help inform people of the true facts of the current political of theand inform people history of our constitution. ast: you educate us as far the true facts. what are they in your mind regarding impeachment? caller: i think this president has done more harm to this country than people realize. they are listening and watching tweets, and they are not listening and watching what is going on behind the scenes, all the criminal acts with him and his administration. host: specifically to the impeachment, what facts do you
5:08 am
find concerning as far as what you have seen presented over the last few weeks? is in our laws that you are not allowed to use a foreign country to interfere in our elections. it was proven by 17 intelligence agencies that russia interfered with our last election, and he is inviting them again. specifically to the ukrainian call, what was the concern in your mind? caller: well, we had three harvard and the best of the best of this country and sondland admitting it was a quid pro quo, and everyone was in the loop. they are using a foreign country to interfere in our election. host: that is ruth in missouri. if you want to go back and watch these hearings to find out some
5:09 am
of the instances where witness testimony, you can go to our website at c-span.org. we put everything there when it comes to those hearings leading up to today. it is all available for you at the website. , independent line, we will hear from paula. caller: hello. thank you for taking my call. i just have a few seconds on this trial. adler says the president is obstructing justice by not allowing his administration to come in and testify, and yet r wouldthe hearings, nade not bring in actual witnesses that were on the phone call to testify before them or the .histleblower or even schiff
5:10 am
i'm hoping they will bring them into this court today. nightd on the news last that biden has asked to come, and he is refusing to come. host: we heard a couple of days ago that the president and his team were invited to testify today, and they refused that request. caller: what do they need to testify for? what are they going to be testifying for? host: do you think they should show up to present their side of the case? caller: they have already done that. i mean why the transcript that .hey got of the phone call he did not obstruct anything on that. he has released everything that they have asked for. why does he need to testify on that? they won't even bring in the other party that he was talking to to have him testify. they don't even believe him as
5:11 am
far as that. they are calling this other president of the ukraine a liar. on the paperwork and stuff, i have not seen any paperwork case we did like biden's where he got on and bragged about interfering in their government, saying you either fire this person, or you are not getting this money. host: that is paula in texas commenting. (202) 748-8001 for republicans. democrats (202) 748-8000. independents (202) 748-8002. we will go back to john. host: about 15 minutes away from the start of today's judiciary committee hearing. there are plenty of numbers in the house who have been through this before. 55 current house numbers, 42

5:15 am
host: specifically why is this a waste of time? caller: i mean the democrats are like bashing trump. backingwed nagler was hillary clinton. clinton got off for what he did. they own the house and senate, the democrats do. they just don't like trump. he is doing what he said he wanted to do. help with the jobs and the economy. obama did not show his birth records. hisgo after trump for taxes. we have a bloomberg. he is a billionaire. where is his taxes? they are all making too much money, joe biden was in there working with ukraine, if somebody is running for president, they should not be there working with another country host: the white house
5:16 am
during the obama administration released president obama's birth records. as far as the hearings today, are you going to watch? caller: i'm not going to watch. it's just a waste of time. host: let's hear from larry in florida, democrat. caller: you know this guy is an embarrassment. i'm ashamed of america. the last caller is right, the taxes. that is the key. if the republicans would have said, donald, let's see your taxes be we let you run in this campaign. host: today's hearing, what do you think about what you are about to see? are you planning on watching? caller: i watch everything. the guy is guilty. the republicans don't want to admit it. host: guilty based on what? them, do us he told a favor us is who?

virginia, republican line. caller: hello. there are going to be approximately four things that are going to happen today. number one, the republicans are going to speak ad nauseam about why we should not be rushed to impeachment because it is such a dangerous and pivotal political act. they did the same thing against bill clinton. they rest impeachment in 1998. they should have let the american people decide in these elections rather than having a bunch of politicians decide. the democrats are going to accuse trump of obstruction and contempt by not allowing his people to speak at these hearings. don't forget, eric holder, obama's attorney general, was the first attorney general held in contempt of congress over refusing to speak over fast and furious, and which obama ran guns to drug lords that was used to kill innocent

mexicans. decadesa party that for has done nothing but try to eviscerate the constitution. they believe the constitution is a living and breathing document, which is saying that is a blank piece of paper, which is worthless. they are going to use that constitution narrative many times. i'm not buying it. i think most of the american people are not going to buy that nonsense. they're going to say no one is above the law. they're going to say donald trump is not above the law, that apparently joe biden is. when you want to investigate a vice presidents son who is a crack addict, who doesn't know anything about ukraine, doesn't speak the language, doesn't have any experience in the oil industry, when he gets a job for a corrupt company making millions of dollars, and the prosecutor investigating bankrupt company is investigated and fired by joe biden, they are
5:20 am
not going to talk about that. next, norman, oklahoma. obviousi think it is this is an experience between comrade trump and some of his cronies, giuliani and the rest. he will not say it himself. he gets them to do it. i think if we got these phone call transcripts, it would clear a lot of it up. if we got both of them to testify, because i think this really made him sick that this would actually be done by a person representing the government. son made a mistake and should not have been there. that should be clear to everybody. blame that on biden. what we do have is a president who if anybody was associated with this man in their area,
5:21 am
they would have nothing to do with him. because he represents the conservatives, which i consider myself a conservative, but they have ruined the meaning of conservatism. crazy orive now means a kool-aid drinker. go ahead. host: we will leave it there. there are shots of the room, soon to be filled by legislators, press, and other people watching today's impeachment hearing. you have heard about the format throughout the morning. 9:00 is when the gavel is expected to come down. you can see that gavel to gavel, no interruptions, on c-span, c-span.org, and our radio app. if you miss the hearing today, we will replay tonight at 8:00 on c-span two. eric is next, independent line.
5:22 am
caller: thank you for taking my call. i guess the only fact witness we heard last week was solid. someone said no quid pro quo, i want nothing. that is what he said donald trump said. he was the only fact witness out of all of this. my question is do you -- it has already been discovered in the outpean courts, but finds that the mainstream media has all been complicit with a coup d'etat, do you think they should go and stand trial for treason? host: what is the basis of your question? you are complicit, if all this media is complicit in overthrowing the government, do you think they should stand trial for treason? it is all a joke on the server. it has all been a joke from the word go. host: what makes it a joke in your mind? caller: you showed one witness
5:23 am
last week, one fact witness, only one of them had had any facts. host: we did not show anything. we broadcast the hearing. the hearing being conducted by the house. caller: you just sit there and follow along with the democrats. you play their tune. it is all being exposed. host: that is an absolute false statement to be clear. go ahead. day,r: being shown every you guys are disgusting individuals, all of you. host: let me add, we show it every day because in essence this impeachment inquiry is a process. this is part of c-span's mission, to bring things like this to you. we have seven cameras positioned in that hearing room. we have been showing the shots all morning. we make it possible for our viewers to listen and watch it and also other networks who are covering it as well. this is part of the coverage we have had a 40 years of actions of congress.
5:24 am
you can find out more and watch more and see all the context regarding the impeachment inquiry, what republicans have said, what democrats have said, what other voices have said. you can go to c-span.org and see all the information we have put together in our impeachment inquiry box on the website. you can make up your mind. we go back to john. host: about 35 minutes away from the start of that impeachment hearing. collinsnadler and doug will offer their opening statements. that will happen after the gavel drops at 9:00 a.m. eastern. opening arguments will be 30 minutes. the house intelligence committee will present their findings, their case for and against impeachment in their respective reports that they have put together. then congressman nadler and his

counsel will have a 45 minute round of questioning followed by doug collins, the ranking member and his counsel having their 45 minute round of westerman. then they will -- questioning. then they would precedent to the regular member questioning, about five minutes apiece for the regular members. in terms of preparation for today's hearing, abc news with this story over the weekend, roughly two dozen democrats on the house judiciary committee dressed casually for the weekend gathered in that grand hearing room on capitol hill for two days of preparation, working over pizza, they prepared for the hearing as members gathered for their saturday prep session. they were joined by committee staff and lawyers and a constitutional scholar who has been advising house speaker

nancy pelosi and democrats. he fielded questions on impeachment before democrats began their mock hearing session. if you want to hear more on that from abc news. the is looking ahead to potential senate vote on impeachment. this story from the washington times. congressional republicans want to require senate democrats running for president to recuse themselves from a possible impeachment trial against president trump, saying impeachment would mix with their political aspirations. that would apply to five democratic hopefuls. congressman jason smith pushing for that resolution, with more than two dozen republican cosponsors. unlikely to go anywhere in the democratic-controlled house of representatives. host: anthony, go ahead. caller: good morning, pedro. thank you for c-span.
5:27 am
i would like to say c-span, i don't think is guilty of media bias the way they present things. you guys are pretty generally ok. the other media is horrible. the new york times, washington post, cnn. they are all obviously devoted to getting this guy and peaks -- impeached. i think the democrats are going the day they started this. they're going to get wiped out in 2020. they are bringing down the country. they're trying to impeach the president who was legitimately elected by 63 million people and won the electoral college landslide. you cannot overturn an election because you don't like the president. that's not right. ukraine is a notoriously corrupt country. they have been dealing with spending our money left and right that we have been giving them and making their own lives
5:28 am
better and not making the people of ukraine better for years. trump challenged that. i don't think everybody gets that. in 2016 worked inh the ukrainian embassy d.c. to get dirt, exactly what they are complaining president trump is trying to do. like i said, you guys do a good job. democrats are going to lose big. host: thank you. we will go to terry in ohio, independent line. appreciate the talking points from fox we just heard. iowa's wonder how a country could be subdivided about an issue that was so obviously wrong.
5:29 am
today, i kind of get the same kind of feeling. this man is so corrupt. if we believe in the , we have to at all believe that congress has some power over this man. he is flouting the constitution. he will not adhere to anything the congress is saying. it is just crazy to hear some of these collars calling in. do they really understand what the constitution is all about? james in's go to massachusetts, democrat line. i kind of appreciate this new double thing you have going on with john in the other room. i'm wondering why on occasion he doesn't cite testimony from
5:30 am
vindman's testimony that he said he could not find morrison on schiff. so he went to he had a conversation with him on the same day, he could not find him when he was around. there is no testimony from fiona hill, which she said she passed waso volker, when she testifying on vindman's credibility. me asn came across to colonel jessup. he lied during his testimony. you have asked everybody today how they feel about trump not and notup to the things presenting his side of the story and why.

everybody, every single american citizen in the united dates has the right -- united states has the right to fight a subpoena. you are not penalized for doing it. if you win, you win. you guys have not mentioned that even once. democrats' hair don't go on fire. a democrat, ruth bader ginsburg blocked the release of trumps taxes. host: a lot of information there. we prepared to lead you to the start of the hearing at 9:00. one more time, you can watch this on c-span starting at 9:00. you can follow along at c-span.org. if you want to download the free radio app, you can do that and listen along. we will rebroadcast the hearing tonight on c-span two starting at 8:00. a lot of ways you can view our
