you have those for top-tier contenders. in iowa, the same for as well. they have the strongest campaign organizations on the ground. they spend a lot of time here. some of them have at here. joe biden doesn't have as many tv ads. all four of them are spending a lot of time in the state. writing off a lot of other contenders. andrew yang spending a lot of time here. amy klobuchar, same thing. spent a good amount of time here. cory booker, it a lot of time and the state. seems to have a lot of energy when he holds events. gabbard, the congress woman from hawaii who has basically moved here. is movinglook at who ahead, who is moving behind, the joe biden campaign has lost ground.

the people to judge campaigns any ground. why are these contenders moving up? >> we had one recent poll in the last couple days. asearch for bernie sanders -- surge for bernie sanders. his campaign seems to be getting energy. joe biden is the status quo right now. he has firm supporters here. this is a primary, not a caucus. arependence or undeclared about 40% of the electorate. they vote in the democratic or republican primaries. that'll make this more of a moderate electorate than what you are seeing in those polls. that may help joe biden. >> how fluid is the electorate

talking to voters? >> very. history ofre has a being lazy deciders. 10%still see anywhere from undecided. we also have a larger percentage that say, i am backing this candidate or that candidate, but i could change my mind by primary day. let's be honest, i what goes first. the results of their will have an impact here. there will be an impact. movingis senator sanders up? after the heart attack, many people felt he may drop out. he has we doubled his efforts, spending a lot of time in iowa and new hampshire. that is reflected in the poll numbers. coming asely pulls is the dear thierry and for elizabeth warren. both have been battling for the progressive base of the party.
