"biden increases lead in arizona, ending trumps hope continuing vote count would put the state in his column." they write "seemingly every national news that has not called arizona for joe biden, called it late thursday shortly after maricopa county reported results from its latest round of ballots." fox news and the associated press had already called arizona for biden last week but at that point president trump had a chance albeit slim to pull ahead of his democratic challenger. biden needs trump with a margin greater than the estimated number of ballots remaining to arizona.d in the thursday evening results from about 4000 maricopa county ballots went 53% for biden and 43% for trump. -- it hadn't

's teamsident-elect gets briefing. our first caller, go ahead. caller: good morning. the question of how president-elect biden should govern, i think applies to not only himself but also to our members of congress. we have to stop the name-calling. bothve to demonstrate that democrats and republicans are willing to work together, and that is also the responsibility of the republicans because of the level of distrust for both the government and elected officials that this point in time. it might be a good idea to establish a group to investigate and to make recommendations to ensure that our electoral votes

i know everyone will not get what they want, and i want a president who is not going to worry about giving everybody what they want, that is going to be worried about doing things that can actually happen. i do not want a lot of time wasted and fights that are going nowhere. i do think, and i agree with the previous paul or, -- the previous caller that they need to learn to get along with republicans. i've always said the republicans are not the enemy, they people like us. there are extremists on both sides. by trumpred shitless and his jim jones leadership style and mentality and the way i saw the people behaving. that scared a lot of people and that is probably one of the reasons he lost. i really hope he will stick to what he says, those announcements, those things he said he would do, and that he

build a platform about providing job opportunities toward the developing of projects that can help with reducing the carbon output in the atmosphere, which is heating up the planet, which is heating up the oceans and giving us the extreme weather. i am very concerned about that and that really turned me off about the last administration, in addition to hiding the issue about the pandemic. i believe we are living in a time where the climate has changed everything we would've been thinking about doing in our normal life patterns and now we have an issue where we have to be prepared. if we do not have an environment and a habitat to live in, how are we going to succeed in any of these other things that are just as important? host: do you think joe biden as president, he has made it clear
10:57 am
the pandemic is his number one priority. do you think in any way his efforts to nationalize fighting the pandemic effort, making it his number one priority, will in any way diminish his goals of rejoining the paris climate accord or addressing climate change, issues you raised? will that delay the implementation of acting on those issues? i believe he needs to rejoin the paris accord as soon as possible to give an indication of his awareness of how serious the problem is. america should be able to take the lead and create the kind of technologies that are necessary. we could do this, but we need all of us. we need to unify. in my book i wrote we are so divided, but it will take something of this type of magnitude that will bring all the people together. host: did you say in your book?
