monist sheen vaccine waters. while the jury was deliberating. the democrats in the house passed legislation to make dcaa state so they could get two new u.s. senator's -- d.c.a state so they could get senators and the introduced legislation to put four judges in the court. it does not underscore how crazy the left has become. if that doesn't underscore it, i don't know what does. the biggest concern i have, i will finish here. the biggest concern i have is what has happened to our liberties over the past several years. stop and think about it. every single right we enjoy as americans under the first amendment has been assaulted.

you have five liberties under the first amendment. you are right to practice your faith, assemble. freedom of press, freedom of speech. every single one has been attacked. there are still places where a full congregation cannot meet sunday morning to read your right to assemble -- i gave a speech to the new mexico republican party in amarillo, texas, because they had to go to texas to have freedom. in their own state, they were not allowed to meet. your right to petition your government, tonight, as we sat here and talked, you cannot go to your capitol to petition your member of congress because nancy pelosi will not let you in.

freedom of the press, -- >> lock her up. lock her up. lock her up. rep. jordan: speaking of the press, you saw where vice president harris finally went to the border, right? trump is going there next week, of course she had to go. the president would not go to the border. the vice president would not go until this last week. when secretary mayorkas went, he would not let the press in the facilities he was touring. he would think the folks here would be fired up about that. finally, freedom of speech. i tell folks all the time, this is the most important right we enjoy as americans. can you really practice your

faith? do you really have freedom of religion if you cannot speak? can you assemble and petition your government if you cannot speak? this is so fundamental. if it wasn't so serious, it would be humorous. a few months ago, governor desantis put together a roundtable with doctors talking about the virus and issues. one of the doctors was from stanford. he put the roundtable, they put it on youtube. youtube took it down. i am like, took it down? he is a doctor at stanford for god sakes. i said, stanford, it's not the big ten but it is pretty good, right? the attacks on speech are the scariest of all. thank you for being in the fight. good things don't just happen.

you won't accomplish anything that matters, of significance, of lasting value, if you want to accomplish it, it takes work and effort and a willingness to get in a fight and assume the risk associate it with trying to do something worthwhile. it is tough. you will get attacked if you stand up for the values i think anchor country special. never forget this every i will finish with this story. this happened to my wife and i a few years ago. we live near havana. we have some good friends in the dayton area. they invited us to come down to dinner. we are free, we can do that. before we go to dinner, we are going to tour the wright brothers home. we said, great. we like history and learning about buildings. amazing americans, ohioans. we go down.

you pay the lady at the door with a historical society and they take you on a tour of this home where these two a mary's in american -- two amazing americans. you learn all kinds of neat things. the bicycles shop come of the things they built. it is a great tour. in the last room,, one of the bedrooms of the brothers, they tell you a few more things about this particular right brother. and then they finished by showing you two pictures. first picture they hold up, that first flight, 19 oh three, kitty hawk, north carolina. this thing they call the plane. the first thought is, wow. how did that get off the ground? the truth is, it barely did. it flew like 120 feet. they show you that picture, i remember that when they teach you that in school. i thought that is kind of neat.

they put it down. and then they hold up a second picture. 1947. chuck yeager breaking the sound barrier. then i said, wow. i didn't know that. maybe i wasn't paying attention? literally, that was the end of the tour. polly and i started walking out of that room, as i am walking out, it hits me. wait a minute. weighted base -- why did they stop there? i represent the hometown of neil armstrong. 22 years later, after chuck yeager breaks the sound barrier, neil armstrong steps on the moon. in 66 years, we went from two guys flying 108 and this thing they called a plane to a man stepping on the moon. another american breaks the
