of the state of florida. if you look at who we were winning, we were winning across the board. you do not get that type of victory only getting republicans. we had a great republican turnout. we also decisively won the middle. we won more democrats than any governor has done for a long time. we are winning people regardless of the boxes the media wants to put people in. we treat people as individuals and they responded. you can be strong and to get things done and you can attract a huge coalition because most people realize there is a lot that has gone wrong in our country, particularly over the last two years. florida is showing a way out of this mess. you have to be willing to do it and you have to be successful in implementing it. at times like these, there is no substitute for victory.

independent, good morning. caller: good morning. ron desantis, great governor. i am confused. he is basically trump, but in florida. he has a make america great again onesie. i'm confused. mainstream media was attacking the man. now, he is the darling of the media? i'm sorry. we need to get our election straightened out. we need to get the people in washington to enrich themselves, similar to bidens appointees, the mitt romney's, the paul ryan's, to get through the legal system. they have legal implications

federal judges have had to block more than a few unconstitutional laws that he tried to pass in the state. we read about one just recently where the oven or tried to force university professors to profess their political leanings. there was another law that was also blocked. it is i guess and antiriot law, which essentially made it a crime called mob intimidation. which people would be held without due process. in jail if they got scooped up at a probe -- protest. that was blocked by a judge. not only that, florida, anybody thinks florida is great.

florida is one of the last states in education. our teachers are the lowest paid. our police officers are the lowest paid. he has been giving raises lately to these workers, these government workers. the social safety net in florida is terrible. not being able to apply for government assistance is very difficult. thankfully i have never had to on things like that. if you are poor or in need, you will not do well in florida. the inefficiency in the system and everything, it is really a feature, it is not a flaw. host: that is amy in florida. we will stay in florida. delray beach, florida. this is nick. thoughts on your governor
