this case and i can explain it, and several obstruction-based charges and then false statement charges which are kind of a crazy stretch from the fact we know it. there is a lot to pick at from the defense side but that appears to be the charges and appears to be something that will get on the ground tuesday. >> so you confirm it is seven charges and there is an espionage act charge. is there one on the willful retention of documents? >> 18 usc 793. there are several 18 usc 1512. the bottom lines it breaks down to the retention charge as you call it, obstructions, and false statements. >> is there a conspiracy charge in there? >> i believe so. i do not have it in front of me. again, this is not biblically accurate because of not looking at a charging document, i am looking at a summary sheet
