look at the same thing and come up with different outcomes. we all see the evidence, and we all know what it looks like. what is happened is wrong. something needs to be done about it. it is not a political issue. it is an issue of right or wrong, and we all need to make the right decision. >> sam, this is cbs news.com. it says the trump arraignment on georgia charges will be in a court that allows cameras read unlike his other indictments. will you be watching? >> yes. i will watch. the fact will be magnified, and the truth will come out. ask all right. let's go to mike in alexandria indiana. a republican. good morning. >> hello. i say that the devastation we

have going on is in hawaii. it is so heartbreaking to see all of these people that -- it is -- and, it doesn't seem like they are getting any help. >> somebody should have been over here summing -- helping someone a day one. and not later. brian is texas. hello, brian. quick cello. >> go on. what do you think? >> the cause of global warming is the amount of atmosphere we are burning up every day. no one talks about the oxygen it
7:54 pm
takes to make a fire. but if you take the clube displacement of a motor and you divide it by the rpm, you find out how much fuel you used and how much oxygen you have. this is about 18,000 cubic gallons of air. 21 gallon of fuel. when you do the math, we are turning up about 400 cubic miles of oxygen every day. there is a fire going. that is our national debt. 400 miles -- cubic miles of atmosphere. every day. if we had to replace one cubic mile of atmosphere, we would have a phenomenal undertaking to make one cubic mile. >> what do you suggest? what is the solution? >> we could reverse global

7:56 pm
i think trump is being very un-american at this point. very on republican. he said that reagan didn't participate in the debate, and i'm looking on c-span on debate from 423 to 1980, and ronald reagan is next to george w bush. at april 23, 1980. houston. stop making excuses. don't make excuses. i am very busy as a teacher, and i can make time to be in these debates if i needed to. so i just think trump is hiding like a kid. he needs to step out of the race. that is absolutely despicable. >> who are you supporting on the republican side? ask i wish they would pick one person to focus on. the split up is causing the percentages to look lower than they really are.
7:57 pm

young girls, she is in the pen right now. you never hear anything on that story. i was just wondering why. i think at times, both parties have done things on that line, and they all don't want to lose their jobs. the money part, they've got the money. so there's got to be some reason they are attached to trump like a leech because what else can it be? it's not money. they've got all the money they need. they are all rich. trump made them that way. they are millionaires and billionaires. why don't people call on that more. they are trying to find what happened to epstein. what happened to these young girls. there was news on about different senators that was done -- perhaps they shouldn't have done. the number -- lady has been
8:00 pm
passing out numbers to schoolgirls. why can't they just say there is an attachment and all of the republicans forgot trump because he does have facts on them. dumb things. we set about desantis. he can do more about him than his wife did. what is that of a threat that he know something. dirty laundry. i just wonder why can't be followed up on. what went on there. why can't they just say it? the republican seems to have an attachment to trump, the only reason is more in the
