donald trump president trump vision for america looks like idaho. what we want for our country and idaho as. communities bustling economic activity, increase incomes and fewer relations and responsibility and common sense values. i'm excited about trump's return to the white house. we have renewed opportunity to help deliver results and show the rest of the country how to do things right and it starts with keeping promises. idaho's elected leaders have promised and delivered will results over and over to the

tax cuts. even the plan. i propose another round of tax relief for hard-working families, $100 million on top of $1.6 billion is given back to idaho for the past five promised to deliver investments, schools and american workers, roads, outdoor recreation and other infrastructure without raising taxes. 80% increase in funding for education. idaho offers an abundance for each students unique needs and expand in support public charter schools. i was proud to receive national charter school award on behalf of our state and added more support inflexibility. public charter schools are questionably serving 30,000 students. i support as they offer families more options for their children's education while providing taxpayers accountability and transparency they deserve.

we are one of the few states with the best children regardless of where they live. support students education outside of the classroom we are a leader in education freedom. i recognize school choice especially for students with unique developmental conditions. i recommend 50 million to expand education options for idaho families. [applause] just like we do with every taxpayer dollars spent in government, we will ensure oversight in school choice. why? accountability government is of value in what taxpayers demand

and deserve. as we expect the following from our public schools, any thing i would consider must be done this way. it is fair, responsible, transparent and accountable we must prioritize the families that need it most and must not take away from public school and will do so continuing to prioritize public schools. it is both our constitutional and moral obligation and will not abandon that obligation. we have increased teacher pay, health benefits, increase funding and address long-standing facilities and schools all across idaho. even with historic investments the five past five years, there's still no.

it includes $150 million for public schools. i look forward with working with the legislature to address school facilities, mental health, school safety and literacy. we must embrace accountability and public schools to guarantee the best outcomes for our students. together we will ensure the best education and idaho is public school. [applause] [applause] we kept our promise by standing up for common sense values. the first state to take action to defend women's words. i'm proud of the state university volleyball team for standing up for what's right.

[laughter] generations have worked hard to guarantee girls and women to pay to play fair and square. continue to fight for female athletes. while we were on the topic of fairness and women sports, i'm disappointed to acknowledge voter fraud. the election was stolen. launch an investigation to the voting from the heisman trophy.

[applause] how else are we keeping our promises? when more people travel we have championed historic dissertation to keep up with record growth. our keeping promises plan was to put in the gas with additional transportation funding and will continue to improve roads and bridges and get people across our state safely and efficiently. i've identified the population. cows. build a wall around ohio and make them pay for it. this year i think the cattle guard would be more effective to keep out the cows. i'll explain later. it is true we are victims of our own success. it comes with challenges. the cost of owning a home is too expensive. to make idaho a place where children and grandchildren choose to stay. it is difficult to achieve the goal in homeownership is so far out of reach. i look forward to working with legislators barriers and advanced reforms to order to keep up with housing demand.

idaho is taking more steps to keep our communities safe. local law enforcement partners and reduce crime and idaho by 17% since i took office despite record population growth. in north idaho we focus on putting away drug traffickers. [applause] unlike drug friendly states including neighboring oregon we are sending a clear message that the only place they are welcome and idaho is behind bars.
