a stand and even to risk that these talks here are failing the greens on the other side they have to sell the outcome of this to their membership at the end of next week and the membership of the greens is the rather left membership and. i would say radical but it's far more left than anything else here in the doing in these parties and they have to accept whatever the negotiating is so this is a very very far apart from each other and this makes things so complicated and so one deadline has come and gone what's the timeline now. well there's no real timeline but what we have heard so far is that all officials are expecting to be sitting here in the studio headquarters for at least the weekend even longer and what we also have to see is that like the next big deadline probably is the party convention of the greens in which they wanted to sell the.

result of these negotiations to their membership and this party convention is scheduled for next saturday the twenty fifth of november. until then they have to reach some sort of agreement but then on the other side awful also have to say every party convention could be rescheduled so i think we have but there's a very long and very hard deadline we don't have anymore and briefly rupert if these talks break down does that mean new elections here in germany. or if they really fail yes that would be in the end the outcome but all officials here already said and they have been repeatedly saying this failure is not an option they all know if new elections would come no one would really benefit of it at least not the parties which are involved in these negotiations the only one that would benefit is the far right party a d. the alternative for germany and this is something that all fear here. but if you
