a half much longer than expected what would you say what were the key points that he drove home in this first state of the union address. i would say that it was a presidential speech and he was really trying to send this message of for a unique scene and it was a very wise move to start this speech by introducing his gaffes by talking about this american hero a veteran first responders people who risked their lives to save others and it was very good to start this speech by talking about the american people that they are great that they are able to manage any challenge and that they are the reason why the president is calling upon all members of congress democrats and republicans to work together because these are the people as the president said who we are elected
