likely explanation for all this is probably that north korea is going to turn its energies more toward developing its economy that of the developing nuclear weapons and to want to watch in the summer and then moving on from there. you know we've seen positive reaction to this move from the u.s. also from south korea's president what about people on the street where you are in the south korean capital seoul. people are definitely pleased that these developments because they make war less likely and in recent months things have been getting quite tense over here with south korea and the u.s. on one side and north korea on the other side exchanging some pretty heated language and i think there was a lot of concern that things might get out of hand and so seeing the two sides south korea and north korea exchanging friendly overture then holding meetings and
