wedding between prince harry and american actress megan markel six hundred people will attend the ceremony inside st george's chapel where the bride will be accompanied down the aisle in part by prince charles more than one hundred thousand people are expected to flock to the town for the royal wedding we're seeing some live pictures now of all the well wishers gathering in front of windsor castle earlier this morning queen elizabeth announced that harry has a new royal title the duke of sussex megan will become the duchess of sussex after the marriage. all right will will have our correspondent who is following all the royal wedding out there she is a very good there you are very it must joins us now from windsor for the latest so . we can see behind you all those people gathering for the royal wedding give us
11:03 am
a sense of the atmosphere in these final hours before this much anticipated event. all right it seems that we're having some difficulties with. communicating with our correspondent. oh you're very good now you can hear me all right well then i'll repeat my question for you quickly we just want you to describe for us the atmosphere with all the royal fans that are gathering behind you in anticipation of the wedding describe for us what it's like where you are. i have to say it's really an absolutely joyful occasion many people have traveled from really far away and some of them have stuck to gather their places over already a few days ago these people really really really want to be a year and a lot of them have come for the day and it's such
11:04 am
a beautiful day and people are really determined to have a good time and they're very successful i have to say very you just mentioned yourself have been a lot of people who have traveled quite far for this and we do know that there are many fans from around the world who are very excited about this wedding we have this report about a real royal fan from germany let's have a look. at the first one in germany. meet germany's biggest royal fan. if it has a royal face on it evelyn's got it from cardboard cutouts to cushion someone coming with to a diana shrine. personalized stamps. evidence love of the royal family began while visiting relatives in england as a child and has blossomed ever since she and members of her lady di fan club travel to london several times a year and like any self respecting super fan she's had numerous really countess
11:05 am
along the way. spend some i know diana rather than the last few she gives the hand to me you and i go all the way to you from germany i was so strong. prince charles came josh admire our short charge i was sure and showed usually again only when mom to agree to go by it was lovely to see this people and prince william he looks at my flyers and then he looks at me and said i love you aren't. now there's only one special royal man left to meet dress in her wedding best she'll be in windsor to watch harry get hitched and she'll be battling it out with other fans to look guys with the happy couple to be such as a standing out she's enlisted the help of a few die hard members of the lady di club and they didn't disappoint. what he told
11:06 am
me about this. as a sign to get the couple's attention i hope they will she hid her like this over shoes for repairs. and of course the lovingly prepared congratulations card to mark forty alice a smattering of gold leaf and a handful of we'll all winter into this walk about hopefully not inventing the whole thing guns gun store we really hope harry will wear the red uniform will have a problem we'll have to fly to england and quickly redo it no more and. no buts with all this fuss about the british royal family i'm left with one big question. so you're such big fans of the british royal family do you really wish there was a rule family here in germany no no no why no no no no no no we actually have a german royal family but how should i put it exactly the best. i
11:07 am
could not imagine that i was stored with the flag with america. sorry germany britain wins this time hurling. all right some very dedicated german royal fans there to tell us why do you think britain's royal family does have such global appeal. well i mean i think first of all there are the historic links of the commonwealth respective people who came here from us trade from canada so there are these toys that really go back through history but then i think the royals have really managed to be keep themselves interesting the queen is a symbol to us really respected around the world she's somebody who we almost never put so foot wrong she's so dignified she still after all these years the head of
11:08 am
state and she's at my id really i think across the world for being so steady and a symbol of continued to you which is what people are looking for and then into the mix you had the younger royals i think with diana there was something that was almost injected into the royal family something new she was a superstar america stuff was a tragic death this is something that's remembered also on this day one has son gets married and now you've got the younger royals and i think with maggie you know almost a new chapter in their own family and people will really be interested to see what part she's going to play in the future. you know supporters are saying that they really do hope that this royal wedding will inject some new life into the british royal family do you think it's likely to do that. yes i i definitely think so i think make it a somebody who is on one and she's is not in a row right she's
11:09 am
a very successful actress actress and knowing particularly in america but also you have many fans across the world so she's not just any common now but on the other hand she is somebody that people can relate to she is not from the royal blood she is america she's mixed race. divorce a somebody who has a lot of fun usual features to marry into the royal family and i think this is really what what trails people and it says sort of contrasts you know you've got the you've got the royals with that tradition and stiff upper lip but then harry being one who's always like to try to break out of this now he is getting married so he's committing himself to something stable hopefully and he's chosen somebody who has a sparkle ready to do this royal family and i think this is what makes it all so exciting for people all right very good let's talk about the wedding itself we're
11:10 am
also hearing that this is going to be a very different kind of royal wedding compared to ones we've seen previously how will it be different. well i mean it's not exactly a rock'n'roll style wedding so it's all within the tradition father then within this fairly i would say confined corset you do have some some shifts they have a different kind of cake a very modern cake inlay as cake fresh and lights i think it's what they say it's going to be you have a gospel choir of course this is a reference to two magazines tradition you've got as music you have something from greensleeves a variation from the traditional american song so old this is something that's interesting also making marco will look a little bit herself down the aisle and then she will be received by prince john so you know telling you that she's an independent woman i think that's something
11:11 am
that's a lot of people have picked up on so these are sort of the slight variations within the tradition not too far of peace from what i can judge when i hear it all looks fairly traditional if i am under i and i see military bands and i see men in uniform so it does. look like a like of the robot but then again what's going on inside you know that's obviously something that we will anticipate and we will know if you have inside of your good and speaking of what's happening inside who are the guests are what kind what are the more high profile people who are going to be attending today. well of course you know there's on one hand the royal family. there we have seen people like james like james blunt the singer we have. the serena williams would be invited so that i have not seen whether she's actually attending or not but quite a few people from sort of showbiz and quite
11:12 am
a few celebrities will be there and of course people want to see is anybody going to be able to up stakes to bright i don't think so but we will see. and one last question for you the dress any speculation about what megan markel is going to be wearing is that are we going to see another twenty five foot train like diana had or probably not. my guess would be you know it's my guess would be that she's going for something different maybe something not quite so well volunteers i can't imagine but we don't know the speculation would be that she would wear a british designer but who knows maybe if somebody is an american one but that of course is one of the big questions that will be on some very very soon. following all of these developments for us from windsor many thanks will be watching right along with you. well turning now to some other news and to

a calling on venezuelans to boycott sunday's elections i will be this sunday venezuela is not voting this process violates our rights and on sunday it is our turn to make it known that the people do not choose it is a process of social control and domination by the state the necessary conditions are absent indelible ink and control of the electoral center by impartial people the military and the electoral arbiter end up being part of the electoral fraud these things being absent is a sign that venezuelans are not allowed to make their own decisions and this is true of all farty. sure this system is one of the most transparent in the world even though the company that provided the technical platform for voting machines accused them of fraud last year. historically venezuela has had high voter turnouts but polls show this election will be different. than and
11:22 am
without a doubt we will have the lowest voter turnout in history in the last presidential election i think fifty five to sixty percent of voters went to the polls. i am the only candid it was never had any relationship with chavez him neither in a political sense nor in any other way. but even if one of the opposition candidates would become venezuela's new president some people think they'd be acting is the government's puppet you know what it to legitimize a process that the international community has strongly condemned. to soccer now and byron munich take on i'm tough frankfurt in the final of a german cup tonight run away but just like the champions byron are clear favorites and this match is expected to be the last of his career for coach you poncas frankfurt meanwhile have surprisingly reached the cup final for the second year in
