did talk for more than four hours and they didn't jump across the table and into each other's faces so obviously there was a willingness to engage and the first threads of. agreements that we could see on tuesday were in the real e.u. summit takes place concern particularly border controls the reinforcement of the frontex troop is something that is on the table and that they want to agree on that means a lot more personnel a lot more money and probably larger and larger legal possibilities for the european border forest that is supposed to then become a real border force like nations have it so that is the biggest step it seems and then of course some other things are going to america last i mentioned that she understands that the countries are first entry need to be need to have burden taken
