side we had our minister of finance and the treasury i got minister for trade visiting germany. and we. i see that a lot of support is given to these meetings. of course if you go back twenty sixteen you know there was a failed coup attempt and you know that our own citizens stood up to this attempted coup. and it's now. we have the the remnants of this terrorist organization which is responsible for two hundred fifty one people having lost their lives and over two hundred thirty being injured after this attempted coup. we acted against this terror organization. with all legal means at our disposal. and we established the foundation in turkey and the recent years we've also tried

to combat this terrorist organization in which we've been successful funding of the twenty four june elections we have lifted. emergency powers and that means that now our country. is going to. start on the course of reforms again. we have a commission which has already started to work and of course we want to make sure that now we want to improve the situation between our countries we have made german citizen except our visa we have another visa request as well and we have discussions about a customs union this would definitely benefit a european union this is all a critical phase and of course that is a phase which must not be. damaged by

a political interference from any particular circles or by any particular approaches we need to continue on the path of approaches we have initiated. which we value within turkey in. other problems regarding syria and other areas in the region has seen as showed a great deal of responsibility the syrian conflict has been waging for over seven years cobbling which many people have lost their lives that is a stage we would like to see come to an end and here we agree with germany. for the time being there are three point five million syrian refugees being housed in turkey. and in particular. we. see german a sensitive when we're talking about the humanitarian situation and we're seeing

integration on the other hand when we're talking about p k k these are terrorist organizations and we need to combat such terrorist organizations and obviously in this context we request them to be combatives more strongly which is a matter we did raise with the translator we have very happy about declarations made recently by the german side. and we are going to work together more closely most strongly in the times to come when we're talking about. judicial independence. legal decisions it's extremely important that you like any other country show respect i mean everybody believes in law and democracy and then you will be receiving.
