infrastructure in place hence the link that we are making to democracy what is integrity it was done how very strong independent and to corruption agencies free press vibrant civil society calling for him to corruption clean and independent judiciary that doesn't look into who's coming to the court to win they are prosecuting. many factors like that closely linked to democracy. we've been reporting on this for a while you've been working on these reports for a while isn't it time we accept playing the devil's advocate here isn't it time with the we accept that corruption is a part of human life or it will always will be not at all you know i think this is this is a this is a pessimistic view of how we're looking at things at the end of the day we cannot
