this is the city of minster in the state of north rhine-westphalia it's also noticed germany's bicycle capital because there are twice as many bikes ass people . there's a huge bicycle rental parking and service garage right at the central train station . it's got room for 3300 bikes very convenient especially for commuters. you can have your cycle repaired serviced or even washed it's all here. and tourists like me can't even rent a bike to explore the city.
