a new president and in order to allocate these 5 top jobs a number of factors come into play you need to think about a 2 of those posts are supposed to be filled by by the female candidates you need to think about placing someone from the east of europe into one of those top positions you need to think about party political considerations become. all of that needs to be considered and then in particular this is a special situation the head of the european commission is appointed by the council by member states but it has. to be approved by the european leader of these 2 institutions. the european council can't agree on a single kind of makes things so difficult. complexity could you just remind us of all the posts that are being talked about why the european commission job president's job is the most important in many ways.
