the mood is just not what will happen in the end there with thousands and everything in the path without. youth leaders are gathering at the united nations in new york for an unprecedented crisis meeting on climate change on friday 4000000 people across the globe took part in the world's largest ever rally calling for radical climate protection among them was going to back the young woman who started the friday demonstrations for climate over a year ago in her home country sweden she was one of nearly 100 young people gathered for the summit it's a chance for them to meet decision makers like u.n. secretary general antonio ahead of a major u.n. meeting this monday to spoke at the opening of the summit and praised everyone who took part in the global protests yesterday millions of people across the globe. marched and among those real climate action especially young people.
