taught in schools it's mostly abstinence only messages and we all know there is numerous that estates and studies out there that tell us that you know condoms work better than telling kids to close their legs and pray to prevent an unwanted mistimed pregnancy and want to follow up on sex education what are the laws about that so for example if a school teacher wanted to teach children about reproduction and sex education would they be able to or are there a laws that prevent them from saying certain things actually the law states that a comprehensive sex education program should be rolled out in all of the schools however that hasn't been done yet so it is not at all illegal for a teacher to be talking about sex ed in schools but without a standardized sex education program sanctioned by the department of education will have personal and religious by. this is coming in and sometimes you have a teacher who doesn't know enough about sex talking about how to prevent teen
