please tell us where you why and 4 what is happening. hi there hello so we're on the highway towards minneapolis and just about 15 minutes ago we witnessed that a trailer truck a tank trailer truck full speed rush this way and down there in the crowd the highway was blocked by the crowd. protesting peacefully 10000 people 20000 people maybe your own right through the people and. while i can only assume that this is a mass casualty event i'm sure it is people had no chance of escaping that that truck honked his horn and just keep going go and go in and i think there was a. an extra 2 or 3 seconds where people just froze and tried to figure out what's going on and while the result we have here i would like to tell my. and what

i asked my cameraman to turn around the camera and show you so this is now the escape route route for those people who are just on this side where i'm standing on the on the highway they basically jumped over the meridian here to just us cave most people are in absolute shock traumatized. we saw people breaking down in tears. and of course you see in the back there police now arrived law enforcement blocking the highway and if makes could turn back to me you can see in the back and i step out of the picture you can see in the back there also is police and there where you if if you see those 3 markers there this is actually the impact zone i guess and i say this on purpose i guess because i'm not really sure we're not really there yet and i have to also tell you we don't really want to go there because the pictures which we were be broadcasting life that have probably not for t.v.

down from a bridge and over a bridge of the highway and a tanker truck this one there exactly. with tremendous speech on this left lane here to watch the crowds did not make any attempt to stop or to slow down to the contrary i think actually spent up. furthermore as a close he came to the crowd. there were thousands of people here on the highway on both sides of the highway on this highway where the truck was of course also and there was no chance for those people to adequately react. and get all the way i'm sure that many many many minutes to do this but.
