authorities how credible is this. well as with all things north korea their claims of having no cases has been met with a lot of skepticism due to the lack of hard information coming out of north korea so there is a lot of skepticism that this kid is in their 1st case that being said we also haven't had any firm cases otherwise and so if this does indeed turn out to be the case a lot of people expect them to potentially announce that they've had other cases as well which will be something that people are watching very closely josh in this case has been linked to a person who list ortiz claimed defected to south korea 3 years ago and just returned back to north korea what if anything all we to make of that. well south korean officials have said that there is a good chance that someone did recently return across the fortified border and
