either russian troops or peacekeepers but it seems unlikely to me that that will happen at the moment it seems more like this announcement that we've seen from putin today is kind of a warning sign to the west that they shouldn't meddle in what's happening in bella ruse after all russia sees values as firmly part of its fear of influence as an important kind of buffer zone between russia and nato but the kremlin surely knows that lucas shango has lost legitimacy in the last few days and that even if you stayed he would be kind of a weak leader and that's not in their interest either. emily when in moscow they are indeed w.'s bellerose correspondent alexander baracoa has been released from detention he was arrested in his hometown most goals a few days before the election barack oversees a 10 day sentence for hooliganism a charge she says was purely political we spoke to him after his release and asked

a very good look at it ok i mean i've i've seen people that are very conservative and very liberal and they agree on the same issue they agree both ways i'm going to take a look at that very strongly earlier we spoke to our correspondent carl block in washington we also why donald trump is considering a padan for the man who leaked secret u.s. government intelligence to the media. there are various reasons for president trump to bring up a potential pardon for edward snowden right now on the one hand it's a welcome distraction from the disaster that is male in voting from the conversation that has dominated the last few days and that saw accusations against trump that he was trying to sabotage the postal service and meddle in the elections on the other hand this is also a way for him to make joe biden look bad after all snowden exposed far reaching surveillance under the obama administration when biden was vice president so
