girls was founded in 2005 it's received several awards for its projects that encourages integration. the club members come from various backgrounds, so they all learn from each other and also reflect on their own stereotypes. they are so good developing in this community and they are an enriching the community here and getting stronger altogether. the girls have different role models. they see other girls also feeling free to where what they want and to be who they are. nichols here like rama and donna, have experienced discrimination. the club helps them to accept selves and to stand up for their rights. i think people feel very like they should reflect their racism
