give us your take on the g 7 summits 1st day? what was the day of setting the tone for the entire summit and leaders gradually warming up to each other and starting to talk. but that didn't mean that they didn't get too serious topics right away. the the war in ukraine dominated talks today. it was the most a disgust, an important topic today, and the leaders really wanted to show unity among themselves. it both in criticizing and really condemning a russia's aggression against ukraine, which joe biden, the u. s. president called brutal, but also in a reiterating their support to ukraine, both politically and financially. and they didn't just do it theoretically. they were also discussing some practical plans to a further increased sanctions against russia. one of the ideas is to implement

a ban on imports of russian gold to g 7 countries. that is a russia 2nd biggest export after energy. and most of russian gold gets exported to g 7 countries. but also the idea of implementing a price cap a to russian oil. these are all issues that still have to be discussed to. there is some hesitation, for example, on the part of the european union, but there are still 2 days ahead to continue discussions on this issue. i case that sounds like a strong start. what can we expect looking ahead tomorrow? well, you crean will still be on the agenda in the morning of the g. 7 leaders will have a virtual conference with a ukrainian president followed the med zalinski. and that also shows how important the issue of the war in ukraine is on the agenda here. and how much the g 7
