we caught up with her for her latest work in paris. ah, the square in front of the santa won't be due in paris is covered with millions of colorful soap bubbles. this piece of art is called island of foam, and it's the work of stephanie learning. even she, i'm stephanie learning and i worked with colored family because i'm fascinated by hopefulness. so temporary and yet and 2011. the artist was taking a bath when she suddenly came up with the idea of turning phone into art. this foam is 95 percent water, 4 percent food coloring and one percent biodegradable dishwashing liquid. what i was shown fast and yet what fascinates me about found that had been is how lively and moldable it is is destiny. how it has no solid outer boundaries, and especially how you can color it. i think i'd fabricated stephanie learning is

bubbling over with creative ideas from whole buildings, to empty factory halls, war and public spaces. one, her 3 d works of art are taking the world by storm one. now what is seen the, i'm glad to have the chance to work with colored film, so i guess it's so voluminous. and so it lends the color and spatial dimension. when of course time plays a role here to one of my because my art is never done as if it's created, you can watch it forming, growing and changing, and then watch it disappear again. it's never done. what's happening here. the artist is preparing things for the afternoon. the 1st step is to mix the food coloring into hot water. she needs 600 leaders of colored water for her film art, or about 3 bathtubs of it. yeah, and i did it. yeah. i grew up in communist east germany. i was 11 when the berlin wall fell. i basically grew up improvising condo that gave me the strive to invent

things, try them out, combine them new ways, or we purpose them. i think it's incredibly exciting to make your own creation out of them. that's money that agnes thing that all the equipment stephanie learning uses for her fall. mark is inventive to i'm gonna blow. we've got blue, red and yellow. and basically the fluids in here are lost and it comes out here and runs into this garden mixing unit i, bree purchased it, and i put in the 3 colors here. then i can turn the colors on it off. if i mix blue and yellow, i get green, of course. and that basically green coloring runs through here and is split between the 2 pipes from the 2 pumps. 2 houses go directly up to these 2 phone machines. stephanie learnings foam installation is being presented at than we blash art festival in paris. but is it real art or just fun with colors?
